Blown away by Junior Eddie and Mario’s service through the entire process: from talking about our AC plan, to the execution and install. They worked overtime to make sure everything was installed perfectly and without any disruption to our home. They were super tidy and quiet while they did work so we barely noticed them being here. Highly recommend!

I highly highly recommend blue diamond if you do need to get your air conditioning repaired I’ve had many quotes before these guys came through referral, and I would have to say I was very impressed. From making the appointment on the phone, the customer service, the response time, The follow up, everything was amazing and Donovan and his team literally helped so much with everything and I’m so glad we have AC again in El Cajon. There’s no way you can survive.

I've been a home inspector in the San Diego area for over 13 years. On several occasions Blue Diamond Heating & Air has been out to perform evaluations on HVAC systems at the same time as the physical home inspection.

One particular technician from Blue Diamond that I run across frequently is Charles Jones. I honestly don't have enough good things to say about Charles. He is extremely knowledgeable and the level of care he provides to his client/s is top-notch. His evaluations are very comprehensive and he has a great demeanor when presenting his findings. One realtor I work with frequently, always has Charles out to any property he's in escrow on to ensure the systems are functioning as intended.

Recently I ran into a bind with a furnace issue during one of my inspections. I called Charles direct figuring I would need him to come out to the property. Not only did he answer late on a Friday, but he spent a good deal of time with me on the phone troubleshooting. After sending a few pictures he immediately realized the issue; a $0.50 fuse that had blown.

I could not have more grateful for him taking his personal time to assist me. Additionally this just reiterated how skilled he is at his profession. I highly recommend Blue Diamond! Great company with great employees. Thanks so much! - Steve L.

Outstanding service! Love that this is a small, but growing company. It is nice to dial in and have one of the owners (Donovan in my case) pick up and answer a technical question. Charles has been an outstanding service tech for us for the past 3 years, patiently answering our questions and keeping a 23 year old unit going with prudent repairs.

Recently, we had to "bite the bullet" on a new system. Alecko was an effective salesman, and Hernan (Ernie) and Oscar were outstanding installers. They worked steadily and quickly but were also thorough and took great pains to minimize debris and disruption. Hernan was very patient with my questions as he showed me how to set up and maintain the new unit.

I had a little AC leak which cause the unit to stop working. I had Ozzy come by on time and prompt. He was quick to diagnose the issue, had some recommendations, and trusted his advice. Ozzy understood my dilemma with having to pick up the kiddos at a certain time and he was able to complete the job in time for me to pick them up. Ozzy did such a great that we'll be requesting his service in the future. Total cost was reasonable as well. So happy we diced to go with Blue Diamond!!!

Junior and Eddie did an excellent job removing my dead dyi install and replacing it with a new mini split. Great work and great communication. It’s really worth it to have a professional do your installation.

Mario was my Rep and he was EXCELLENT! Full of many years of work technical experience & expertise and the BEST Customer Service that was awe-inspiring. He was professional, courteous, constantly communicated to me and he kept me Informed and educated on my system.
