We had an excellent experience with Charles from Blue Diamond when our AC suddenly stopped working. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly.

Charles quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered that the primary drain line was clogged, which was shutting down our system. He went above and beyond—cutting and clearing the line, vacuuming it out, cleaning the trap assembly and hose, and making sure everything was sealed and put back together properly. He even checked the system’s performance afterwards and confirmed it was cooling efficiently with a 17.3-degree split.

Thanks to his thorough work, our AC is running smoothly again, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Charles truly provided peace of mind and saved us from a much bigger issue. Highly recommend both him and Blue Diamond for AC repairs! Thinking about the membership because of him!

Brian and team repaired my Daikin outdoor unit (still under warranty). They're very familiar with the units, have a great relationship with Daikin, and are prompt and professional.

My rental home heater stopped working and called Blue Diamond. Was able to get an appointment the following afternoon. Technician Charles sent a text with his picture when on the way. He discovered that the hot surface igniter was not working by checking a couple of things. The failure was most likely caused by condensation dripping from an uninsulated refrigerant line above. Technician was able to buy part locally and return to swap it out. He also at no additional charge insulated the refrigerant pipe which should have been done by the company who installed the A/C unit a couple of years ago. He confirmed there were no gas leaks or carbon monoxide detected. As far as the price, I really have no idea; but appreciated that Charles was very professional, figured the problem out quickly, didn't try to find things that weren't wrong, and took care of the problem on one visit. I believe this company is trustworthy.

Alecko is a true professional and a highly knowledgeable HVAC technician. My system is about 9 years old, and has never had a significant tune up. He thoroughly inspected both the heating and A/C components, tested the air flow, and provided expert recommendations on cost effective ways to improve our system and extend its life. I was so impressed that I purchased a membership and will have them out twice a year for seasonal tune-ups.

Charles came out within the alloted time, and they called me a few times before coming over to let me know they were still tracking our appointment, and then texted me when they were on their way.

When charles got here he was immediately professional and gave me a recap of what i talked about on the phone so we were able to jump right into the troubleshooting process.

He was able to find the problem within minutes and worked to fix it. After he fixed it we spent alot of time making sure that everything was in working including checking for gas leaks and carbon monoxide.

Overall, a great experience, would highly recommend and i will be calling them again if i ever need work done.

They arrived right on time at 7:30am, and although the project was estimated to take two days, they completed everything in just one day, wrapping up by 5:30pm. Their attention to detail, thoroughness, and efficiency were truly impressive, and they worked seamlessly together as a team.

Not only was the installation handled with care and precision, but the team was also friendly, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. They covered all the interior floors they walked on throughout the house and made sure to clean up everything afterwards, leaving our home just as neat as when they arrived. Afterwards, Jr walked us through the new system, explained everything they had done, and even took the time to help us set up and understand the new thermostat.
