My interactions with comfort Bro’s have been fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, kind, that is what i like in a company, pricing of course. Cody was is super chill, honest, professional.

I can’t speak to pricing, because i don’t have a clue, but I would definitely consider them first above all others.

While our service tech Cole was very nice and personable all 3 times he came to our house, I can't in good conscience recommend Comfort Bros.

After spending 4.8k in replacing parts and repairs we were informed that we had a leak and the recommendation was to replace the outdoor and indoor cooling unit. The furnace was fine. First quote was 12.9k and then the lead, Josh or Jake, knocked off almost 1.6k for previous work so the final quote was 10.4k

We decided to shop around and got 2 quotes from local businesses and both of them told us we'd pay more for Comfort Bros because we're paying towards the larger overhead and the cost of their advertising. Both of the quotes came in at least 4k lower with the same equipment. Both companies also told us that the parts that Comfort Bros previously replaced (blower motor for 3.5k) was under warranty. In the state of California it doesnt matter who installed it, any company could replace on that 10yr warranty.

We went with the 3rd company, got a better unit, and added a mini split while still coming in a few thousand under the 10.4k we nearly paid Comfort Bros.

Do your research friends, it literally pays to take the time to get a few professional quotes!

We have had very positive experiences with Comfort Bros! We have had them to our home to have our AC & heater serviced, check for issues, etc & both of our encounters left us impressed with both technicians’ high level of professionalism. We were given photos showing us before & after pictures & a detailed explanation of what they did to ensure our heat & cooling systems were set up for success. Not only that, both were extremely pleasant to be around. We highly recommend this company.

We recently had a minor plumbing issue under our kitchen sink that had been leaking for quite some time. It turned out that the pipes needed to be replaced and the situation was getting worse by the day. We reached out to Brandon and from the very beginning, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional.

Brandon did a thorough inspection and clearly explained what needed to be done. He didn’t just patch things up temporarily, he fully replaced all the piping under the sink with high quality materials, making sure everything was secure and up to code. He also noticed that our water pressure was way too high for the house to safely handle, which we hadn’t even realized was contributing to the problem. He recommended replacing the water pressure regulator and took care of that for us as well. Since then, everything has been running smoothly and we’ve had zero issues.

Brandon showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the workspace clean and tidy. He was respectful of our home and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find someone who’s not only skilled at what they do but also genuinely cares about the quality of their work and the experience of their clients.

We’re really grateful for Brandon’s help and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and reliable plumber!

Mathew D was on time, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He detected a leak, quoted a price & NO pressure to act “now”, great experience. Highly recommend him.
Overall, Comfort Bros replaced my AC and furnace approx 2 years ago and this is overall just a great company to work with.

Brandon was great, kind and honest, so no issues there. The minus two stars was more because of the scheduling. Had to reschedule twice. The first one because weekend AI/automated system booked us on an already full day. They did waive the quote fee though. Second rescheduling was not within the requested time frame, and when the plumber was dispatched ended up working at a different home in the area we live, waited the whole morning and afternoon.

Jake Doty did maintenance on my heater and AC and did a great job! Respectful and keeps his work area clean. He also explained to me clearly his findings and recommendations without any pressure.

I had electrical service performed approximately 2 weeks ago that amounted to $2,200.00. As of today, I have not received an itemized invoice to my email. Further, I called on this past Saturday and had spoke with 'Larry' in a call center that kept speaking over me. Then earlier today, a lady called me back and also kept speaking over me without allowing me to speak to her. Then, I called back 3 times, and on the 2nd call I was hung-up on. On the 3rd call a man had answered, and he hung-up on me.

Bottom line, is that I will never use this company ever again, and I will tell everyone that I come in contact with, to stay away from this company!! The Techs that came to my home were great, and very professional. However, the Office Staff needs to be sent for providing excellent customer service 101, and to listen and to NOT hang-up on customers, and to listen as to what they were calling about!!

**UPDATE** I just had a great phone call with Nicholas, the Owner of 'Comfort Bros'. The conversation was extremely professional, and he acknowledged their short-comings, and is sending me a check for $500.00 as good faith. Therefore, my opinion of 'Comfort Bros' has changed from negative to extremely positive and impressive!!

Jake Doty, a service technician came to my home today to better understand what services I was interested in and how Comfort Bros could assist me in prioritizing them in a cost effective way. What I was grateful for also was there was no pressure to make a decision immediately. Jake was a 5 star salesman!

Arrived on time, professional, top notch customer service and recommendations. Skilled and technical with finding issues and solving problems. Kyle is a highly engaged tech who fixed all issues pertaining to the problem I had. Quick and easy installed, clean worker with his surroundings. Fully equipped and always ready. Thanks for all your hard work and kindness. Your problem solving skills saved my family and I freezing during these unforseen weather conditions. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh and Kyle for my HVAC inspection and I couldn't be happier! They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Kyle was thorough in his inspection, pointing out problem areas and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Kyle was super helpful in answering all my questions

What really impressed me was that they didn't try to push for a full system replacement even though they mentioned it could be beneficial. Instead, they worked with me to prioritize the most critical repairs and found a solution that fit my budget or workarounds - in this case, replacing the thermostat and have my system up and running. It was clear they were looking out for our
best interests.

The whole experience was grear. I appreciate their expertise and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!

We had a great experience with Cole at Comfort Bros. We responded to their late summer promo mailer for a $29 A/C Inspection and tune-up. Our initial contact by phone was with Jason who was impressively competent, friendly, and professional.

They scheduled us within a day or two for Cole to come out. He texted us ~20 minutes before his arrival and they send you a link that lets you track as he gets closer to your house (nice touch that we hope other contractors adopt!).

Cole was the epitome of thorough professionalism and friendliness. He took his time communicating exceptionally well with us both before and after he cleaned and tuned up our AC unit and took many pictures documenting what our unit looked like before and after his efforts. Based on our experiences with Cole we signed up on the spot for their $99/yr. VIP membership program which includes 1 A/C tune up and 1 heater inspection and maintenance visit each year.

At those great prices, we thought they might suggest upgrading our HVAC system and Electric panel which they did but we were already considering that. After thorough evaluation of their quote and 4 or 5 others for the Electric Panel replacement and wiring we did find their prices significantly higher than other highly-rated licensed competitors though so we went with a different company. Their initial quote on a new HVAC system also seems high to us, but we have not yet done full due diligence on that as we will need to back burner it until we complete our more urgently needed Electrical work and hopefully save a bit more money.

The 5-star rating is for the professionalism of everybody associated with the company, and especially the services we received from Jason and Cole. We will update the rating if we do eventually decide to go with them for our HVAC replacement.

Good experience but a few bumps. First one of the installers knock his knee through the ceiling (see picture). Also, some greasy smudge marks on the hallway wall where the furnace was and installed were left I cleaned. One installer said they would tape off wash register but at the end the lead installer said they couldn’t because of stuff on the floor below. Some registers were unobstructed so they could have taped off a few. I am still waiting for a call back about getting the ceiling drywall repaired. I will say that the new furnace works well and is quiet and does the job.

I had a fantastic experience working with Comfort Bros. From start to finish, they proved themselves to be a trustworthy and professional company. Josh was my main point of contact and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and keeping things on track.
We did have a small issue arise after the initial installation, but I was blown away by their responsiveness—they came out the very next day to fix it without any hassle. To top it off, even the local inspectors commented on the high quality of their work. It’s rare to find a company with this much integrity. Highly recommend!"

We got a full new heat pump system installed after we got the annual maintenance plan which shows significant wear to our heater. It was best to replace the entire system, ac and heat.

Pros-great communication and follow through on appointments and the work was quality, we have a great functioning system. Technicians are knowledgable, personable and respectful and professional

Cons-definitely on the higher end of cost (the plumbing quotes are very high) but for us, the convenience factor meant we did it and didn't shop around. We had a couple minor things to work out after install but emails and calls haven't resulted in a solution. Simple: we paid for a thermostat and didn't use it, so we either want the device or a refund, and also some minor cosmetic damage near the attic access ceiling in our hallway (it happens-but acknowledging it or giving me a small refund for my time spackling, painting and repairing would go a long way!). I would have appreciated more follow up and follow through for a nearly 20k system...somebody asking how things are going, if we have any questions etc. Our install was around the holidays so that probably factors in, but still, a bit disappointing.

Update 2/22/26: 2 days after posting this review, the company got in touch and that week we sorted out the thermostat and drywall concerns. I had zero issue receiving and responding to those calls-so I’m not sure if they had the wrong number or what mixup the office had, but the company saying I was hard to reach is simply untrue, and I didn’t appreciate the response implying a communication fault on my end.

Matthew is a true expert in the plumbing field. His knowledge and diligence is immeasurable.
Chris and Omer worked incredibly hard digging clay, rock , roots. 100 feet through my backyard from alley to house replacing the sewer line of a 102 year old house and property.
My water bill shooting up determined there was a leak. With great difficulty, with a 7 day job turning into a 3 week job, due to rain, and one solution discovering another problem, they finally finished with no more leaks.
They cleaned up my yard, of all debris, and will come back to Level my ground and patch the holes in my walls.
Josh and the office kept great communication during the weeks.
But they have been great to knowledgeable to talk to, I am very well pleased with them. Despite the cost. My only disappointment is that they didn't strike oil or gold.
