I stop by on memorial day to see if they were open and they were definitely closed however one of the employees had just happened to be there and see me reading the closed for the holiday sign. He asked me what I was looking for so I told him and he open up just to help me out. Amazing that they would take time from their day off to help me. 7 star service!! Additionally, they answered all my questions and made the right recommendation that really helped me with my project which save me money and time. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC problems...

These guys came out and did a complete install at our new house...the place had no duct work whatsoever, having never had heating or air conditioning prior to our moving in...they came out and gave me an estimate (which was thousands of dollars less than some of the other local contractors I had out), I called them back on a Tuesday and asked if they could be done by that Friday...and they were. I am an Electrician by trade, and I have been on many job sites over the years, I know a clean install when I see one...and I can tell you that these guys did a perfect install...nice and clean...very professional. If you're looking for someone to take care of you on your HVAC, install or otherwise, these guys are good...and they are not out to retire off of just your job - they are not gouging people on pricing like so many others are - I like them, and if you're reading this review, I recommend them to you.

You can pay more, sure, but you're not going to get more.... that's a fact.

With a large purchase like this, I had many questions that Donovan explained thoroughly and gave me the knowledge I needed to make an informed decision. On the install date, Donovan came out to ensure a smooth process. His crew, Ernie and Oscar completed the flawless install in 7 hours! They answered lots of questions for me as well. We had Blue Diamond replace our furnace and we could not have been more pleased. The install team arrived on time and completed the job in just a few hours. Both Herman and Oscar were friendly and professional and cleaned up after the job. Since we had purchased a multi-speed heater they were great about explaining the options in the settings and how it would work.

Blue Diamond Heating and Air did an outstanding job installing a zoned AC system in my home and fixing an improperly installed AC drain. They diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately, then clearly explained the solutions to address the heating differences between my upstairs and downstairs. Blue Diamond was everything you could hope for in a service company. The serviceman, Alecko, was beyond wonderful and always welcome in our home.

Alecko Funk really came and set things right at my place! Took my system from 2017 that was not set up properly and really gave it the treatment! This thing is as quiet as can be, and blowing super cold! Could not recommend this company and his services enough. He really saved me after a capacitor failure led him to investigate the system further finding all sorts of mishaps. His corrections will keep this system going for years to come and I owe him a debt of gratitude!

Brian came to our house on a Saturday about two hours after I called. He was so great. Took his time, showed us videos and pictures of the issues with our AC. He also spend a lot of time showing us in detail ways to improve our AC’s performance. I highly recommend Brian and his team!

My elderly mother's furnace stopped working. Mario came out same-day and fixed it. I'd say the price was reasonable (I have no experience, it was under $200), no BS or attempts to up-sell, which was very appreciated.

Can't say enough good things about our interaction with Blue Diamond! After our previous AC tune-up Company suddenly did a hard pressure sell on us to update our "doomed" AC and quoting the price of a small island we found a recommendation for Blue Diamond.
Brian visited and not only gave us a great quote but checked our current system and gave us a much more realistic view of its status. We did go ahead and purchase a new system (Diakin heat pump), and it was very nice to have a quote that listed out all the products we were buying along with very clear pricing. It was great to be able to ask questions and have someone take the time to explain things who is passionate about their work.
All of the employees were top notch! Working from home they even kept noise quiet when I had a important meeting, above and beyond there!
Always get quotes , but be sure to add in Blue Diamond to the list!

Great experience today. We got an AC service and diagnostics. They spent ample time with us explaining issues with our system (that someone else had done) and helped talk through all options. All without a sales pitch too which is unheard of. But you bet your butt we plan to use them when we go to fix things! Donavan was great and really seemed to care about the work.

I recently had a mini split and a whole-house dehumidifier installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Gilberto and Eddie were absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they showed incredible attention to detail—measuring carefully, double-checking every step, and making sure everything was set up for optimal performance.

They worked efficiently but never rushed, taking the time to explain the process and answer all my questions along the way. The installation itself was flawless—clean, professional, and clearly done with pride in their work. They even made sure the space was spotless before they left.

First off I want to thank Brian and the guys for doing an outstanding job in our home. It’s been 3 weeks and was waiting before writing this review. If you are reading this I’m sure you are looking for the best deal and service available, look no further this team is the real deal. Extremely professional ultra competitive prices and amazing quality. After looking for weeks and reading many reviews I ran into this company with perfect 5 stars and after speaking with Brian and getting many quotes around town from the biggest companies to small ones Blue Diamond was the clear choice far above them all. Prices were competitive, but to me honesty, professionalism, and subject matter expertise was a breath of fresh air. Brian was able to explain everything to me and my wife and made it extremely easy to understand for people that don’t know much about the different systems available and making recommendations at many different price points. Give these guys a shot and they won’t disappoint and they’ll even vacuum your floors after their work is done and I’m saying this as we are on a heatwave and my family is nice and cold inside!! 😃

Blue Diamond Heating and Air is the best!

Of course my HVAC system decided to call it quits right at the beginning of summer.

Donovan came over and was very professional. He laid out all of our options from repairing the system to replacing it all. After discussing with my husband, we decided it was time to replace our 12 year old system.

Gilberto (Junior) and Heriberto (Eddie) came and saved the day the next week! They were knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Both of them worked not only until the job was done, but made sure it was done right.

The next day, we did notice a small leak. Blue Diamond was on it again! We had Junior back out here within hours. He found the problem and fixed it before lunch time.

I appreciate their quick service and will definitely be using them again.
