These guys are the worst morally and by their work. Those good reviews are made up.Quoted $250 after water shut off for two days was told we would not be charged then handed an $1000 bill . After a single nail was put through a single copper pipe. They spent 7 hours until 12 at night came back for another four hours to finally stop the leak only now there is low flow through the rest of the house. They did not put a fire blanket down when they used a torch and left the. Cavity charred and black then jammed a piece of cardboard behind it. It was so bad the tech told us it would be free only to return with a bill for almost $1000. Reach out if anyone wants pictures .

Ralph and his assistant did an amazing job clearing and resealing our gutters! They were on time, cleaned up everything and showed me pictures of the work they did. Ralph took time to explain the next steps for maintainence and recommended other services to protect our gutters. I will definitely use ANJ Services again

We were without hot water for over a month. The first plumber dug into my laundry room and could not find the leak that was under the house. The second contractor found the leak (with the help of John, the leak detector), but the plumber wanted to dig up my hardwood floor. I requested another plumber and Greg was sent. I told him everything and he went to work immediately figuring out how to resolve the problem immediately. He was professional, explained everything he was going to do without tearing up my house and he performed. Thanks to Greg and ANJ Services I am a very happy customer.

ANJ Plumbing was by far one of the best company’s I have ever worked with. My home had a main water line break on a Friday afternoon. They came out same day and were able to fix our water line quickly and efficiently. The customer service was amazing and our tech Greg was so helpful and nice. Thank you so much ANJ Plumbing!! Our plumber was professional and respectful. He wore booties, asked before entering, and let us know what he planned to do before proceeding. He told us that flushing items other than toilet paper might have caused the blockage (main sewer line was blocked). We told him we didn't, but that we only bought the house (our first) 5-6month ago so the previous owners might have. After speaking to some other homeowners, it came to our attention that a more thorough job would have been to scope the line with a camera to see what was causing the block. Unfortunately, a block like what we experienced likely could have been caused by a root defecting the line. No way we'll know for certain, but we hope we don't run into another main sewer block in the future as clearing the block was expensive and determining what caused it with a scope and camera would have saved us future trouble and costs.

We got our shower glass door installed and couldn't be happier with the quality service. We were even able to get squeezed in for installation on short notice with no extra charge. Highly recommend ANJ and we will be using them again!

Our ANJ service tech showed up quickly for an emergency we had, was very professional and upfront in terms of what was wrong and what the various repair options would cost, and . . . when we decided on a course of action, handled the repairs efficiently and without incident. The pricing was fair and we have zero complaints. Great work!

We noticed a leak in our water heater. Turned it off and called a couple of plumbers. D. Martel was able to come out that day. Arrived on time, looked at the water heater and explained everything to my husband. We opted to go with a new water heater. It was delivered and installed during this service call. Old water heater was taken away. Area was left left clean and tidy. Dan was great to work with. Next time we have a water issue we will be sure to call D. Martel.

Dan was great and installed a water circulation pump for us so we have hot water on demand. He was very professional and I got a call letting me know he was on his way. Will be using them again in the future!

D. Martel Plumbing was contacted by my property manager when I reported a water leak in my hallway ceiling. The first plumbers who came found the leak but did not do repairs on pipes made of PEX material, as mine were. At this time, the leak was slow and not urgent.

However, 2 days later, the leak sudden grew much worse and covered a 28 inch square spot on my ceiling. I sent a photo to my property manager and said the leak is now urgent and needs a plumber who fixes PEX pipes, and the PM called D. Martel Plumbing, who sent plumber Jason out that same day to investigate! Amazing prompt service.

Jason was the hardest working guy, running back and forth from my hallway attic crawl space to my front porch to turn the water on and off again as he made the repair. He easily ran a mile just doing that, back and forth a few times, LOL. He said he runs 80 miles a year just doing his job. Amazing!! Who knew you had to be a marathon runner to be a plumber?

Jason said he could fix it but needed a part that he did not have in his truck, so his boss raced over to my house with the part. During the repair up in the attic, Jason’s flashlight fell through the ceiling due to how soaking wet the drywall had become.

Before Jason left, he cleaned up all the mess with a little broom and dustpan he carries, and taped over the hole so it would be safe for myself and my son while we waited for the ceiling to dry out and be repaired.
