Contacted D. Martel to resolve a water main leak just on our side of the meter. Jason showed up on time, explained the situation and provided a reasonable estimate. He also mentioned that the supply line and valve at the house should be evaluated at some point in the future, so I had him add that to the service for an additional, reasonable amount. Finished all of it quickly, and the work is top notch. I highly recommend this company, and will use them in the future.

I used DMartel Plumbing when my 40 gallon water tank finally died. Dan came out on a Tuesday to check it out and was back Thursday to swap it out with a tankless and I had hot water again by Thursday afternoon. Excellent service and workmanship, fair price, and fast!

D. Martel Plumbing Service and Repair has provided us EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE on each of the 2 service calls requested. The Service Technicians had been very courteous, respectful and friendly. This company has been very accommodating to the customer’s schedule. It was a PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS with D. MARTEL PLUMBING!!! I want to share a personal experience with D Martel Plumbing at my home in El Dorado Hills. Based on my experience with this company, I would not recommend using them. I strongly suggest you don't sign anything unless you have a complete breakdown of costs, parts, labor and any warranty. They want you to initial the price charged before they even open up the wall to see the problem or else they will leave. When I asked the technician for the complete breakdown, he informed me he didn't have all the prices and had to go back to the office to get them. I was leaving town the next day and didn't want to come home to a flood, so I initialed the price quoted to begin the work.

I had a water leak in my garage under the water heater, which required replacing/installing a manifold and fittings on Kitech piping. The water leak was repaired. The work took less than 3 hours, and I was charged $1,735.00 I again asked for a complete breakdown of the costs. The technician said that the office would text me one in the morning. I found out the parts were $220.00, and labor was $1,515.00. The technician was very professional.

I was shocked with the charge for labor and called the owners. I spoke with one of the owners, "Jackie" who was very rude and not business like. I asked my son to call her, as being a senior we are sometimes treated that way. He also talked with Jackie, and she was very rude to him and used foul language. She did not want to discuss this outrageous bill with anyone.
Again, BEWARE of using D Martel Plumbing located in El Dorado Hills.

These guys are rock stars. I have used their plumbing services for my business for years. Always super responsive and reliable.

It's nice to work with a contractor that knows their craft. These guys are good! Technician, Jason, was honest and explained everything so I could understand it. Pure professional! Had them run a new gas line for a custom firepit and some misc. plumbing. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

My water heater was not working. The company I used in the past for plumbing issues was not able to come out for a week. I called D Martel Plumbing from a recommendation from my brother and his friend. They were able to be at my house within one and a half hours. Excellent customer service. Trevor was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had my part in stock and my water heater fixed and working quickly. Very reasonable rates ! 5 star for sure and my new go to plumbers !

Well I can’t say enough about my service from Jason. Actually it was the first time that things went so fast. He walked in an assessed the situation. He knew exactly what he needed to do and did it with no hesitation. I will definitely only use D Martel Plumbing. Oh and not only are they good they are honest & reasonable. I've been using D. Martel for both my house as well as my business. They are always quick in arrival, clean as they work, honest in their pricing and world class in their service! Be it an emergency water pipe break, installing a new gas line to code or even just an estimate of work to be preformed. I don't even call for a second bid from a competitor because I KNOW I'm going to get the best price and service in the area! I HIGHLY recommend Dan and his team! 100/10 RECCOMEND!

Dan came to my house for a leaking exterior pipe. He was on time, personable, professional and honest. I would recommend his family owned company to anyone who needs plumbing services. He gets 5 star review!!!

D.Martel Plumbing is a fine company. Zack K. did a very good job repairing a toilet and making sure it was firmly affixed to the floor. Then he completed a complicated repair replacing a cold water valve for a Roman tub. He found the needed replacement part through Delta and gave me the details for me to order it. The valve was located inside a tight compartment only accessible from the outside of my house. Working with my contractor, the space was made larger to allow Zack to work on it. It was a delicate operation, but, through Zack's valiant efforts, surgery was successful. I recommend D.Martel Plumbing!

Great response time and very helpful with our water heater issues. They were able to get it replaced very fast and we are so happy with it. It works great and they did a fantastic job installing it. They were able to answer all of my questions.

Super professional and nice! Main number got me to a very cordial person who scheduled a tech visit the next day. Jason (tech) was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and that i was satisfied. Jason also noticed and fixed ancillary issues rather than have them come back on me later. I highly recommend D Martel Plumbing !!!

I cant say enough good things about D. Martel Plumbing Service and Repair. Jason came out and fixed a sewer line issue that another local company wasn't able to to. Had a great experience with these guys. I was on the fence about the need to replace a valve and was given an honest summary of my options with no pressure to go one way or another. They could have easily upcharged me for a few other things that weren’t essential, but instead he gave me the two options on that as well and let me choose what made the most sense for me. Highly recommend.

They were quick to respond and gave us an honest evaluation. It was an hourly quote and I thought it was going to take a long time and quite worried about the final cost. The plumber however was able to find the leak, pull out a big root from the pipe and finished the job. He was quick and did a great job! Our go to for sure.
