We are loyal customers. In the past, Martel plumbing replaced our water heater and fixed our leaky copper pipes. Lately there is a weird throttling when turning on faucet. My husband called in the morning and a technician arrived in an hour. Turned out its a stupid thing with our faucet valve. He didn't even charge us. They are local, fast reliable and honest. Truly the best in el dorado hills.

Great experience from beginning to end. My father-in-law had a great experience with them prior and recommended them. Zack was extremely helpful over the phone and quickly scheduled an appointment. (Other) Zach arrived right on time, gave me a fair quote for my leaking water heater, and said he could replace it right away. He replaced the water heater, walked me through everything afterward, and even showed me how to adjust the temperature. They went above and beyond by adding a drain pan that wasn’t there before and installing all new copper piping. The area around the water heater was even cleaner after they were done than it was when they started. Team at D. Martel are professional, punctual, friendly, and highly efficient. Definitely my new go-to plumbers. Highly recommended.

Precision Plumbing did a wonderful job insulating the crawlspace of our home. They were very efficient and quick and extremely nice to work with.

Wonderful service. Called at 7:00pm he was in Roseville. He was willing to finish that job and come right over to us afterwards. Thank goodness. We could not use toilets or water. Such a great man. He was able to unclog the pipe quickly. What a great company to come and help us even though he had been working since 7am that day. Will most definitely use his services again.

Jay knows what he’s doing. In order to fix my sink faucet the water main faucet had to be turned off so when I told him it doesn’t shut off all the way he found the water meter which I had no idea was buried in the garden. He had an idea where it would be …based on where my neighbors was. He had no problem getting in the dirt and finding it lickity split. He also figured out why my shower wasn’t getting hot and fixed that too! I will no doubt be calling Precision Plumbing if anything else decides to go haywire.

Precision Plumbing has been a wonderful company to work with and would highly recommend to anyone. The responsiveness and professionalism was outstanding and we are so happy with our new water heater!

We had precision plumbing out twice, once for our tub jets and a faucet issue and once for 2 propane leaks. Each time he was willing to figure out the best, most cost-effective solutions. He’s a nice, honest guy, very competent and very personable. I recommend him highly.

I needed some work done and when I spoke with Jay, I believe he got the feeling that I was unknowledgeable in plumbing as I am a new homeowner. He quoted me $800 (I provided the materials). However, he finished the job in 1 hour. $800/hour for labor seems extremely excessive and I feel tricked and taken advantage of. I thought the job would be somewhat complex and time consuming for a price that high. Nope. I spoke with a couple other plumbers and their jaws dropped when I told them how much I paid for that work. I wont be using him or that company in the future. He was also very late to our scheduled appointment.

Jay, you honestly sound like a whiny child in your response. It's not a fake post nor did I yell at you. You are just doubling down with your dishonestly by creating a fake story in a sad attempt to deflect responsibility, gain sympathy from readers and save face. You were greedy and dishonest, therefore you earned a one star review and lost future business. Learn from your mistakes and move on, kiddo.

We had a problem with the main line, that was clogged I called other places but no body was available on Saturday evening . I’m Glad that I called Precision Plumbing LLC . Jay show up in less than an hour . He was very communicative all the time he awnser all our questions he was very profesional . He knew what to do and solve it with out problem .

Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and potential additional costs by opting for a company that values integrity, punctuality, and quality workmanship – qualities that Precision Plumbing seems to sorely lack. There are undoubtedly more dependable options in the market, and Precision Plumbing is certainly not one of them.

This company provided excellent service. He first properly diagnosed the issue with my water heater and communicated in a way that I understood. The repair/replacement was done in a timely manner and he answered all of my questions. This repair sometimes causes the faucet the get clogged with debris which was my case. He addressed this issue without hesitation. I highly recommend this business Job well done!
