Emigdio came out when promised and gave me a fair estimate. He came out during Thanksgiving week and told me the toilet issue I was having was a wax ring issue and didn't require a plumber. I thought he was very fair and asked him to quote a couple of smaller jobs (swap out a valve, change the valve for the water coming into the house and a gas plumbing repair). He did a great job and worked quickly. I won't hesitate to call him again for future jobs!

Amazing! They came out the day after I called and the problem (backed up sink) was resolved within 20 minutes. Communication was phenomenal and he was willing to text with me to make it easier to iterate when we both had a lot going on. I would not hesitate to work with Precision Plumbing again.

I hired Jay to relocate a gas line for a new water heater. I sent a few photos and we had a quick phone call that made it clear he's an expert with gas lines. He showed up on time (actually early), everything went well, and I learned from him while he did the work. I'll definitely consider Jay again for future gas or plumbing work.

I needed my toilet replaced I got a couple of quotes and precision plumbing was the most Reasonable in their pricing and I like dealing with smaller businesses because you’re not just another number. Precision plumbing did not disappoint really professional went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with his work and gave me a warranty on top of that. I would highly recommend them to anybody and will be using them for all of my future. Plumbing needs.

Once Jay had received his full payment and finished the job, I noticed that the water from the faucets he had installed was discolored and coming out brown. He assured me he would come back to resolve the issue, but he never did. On a positive note, Jay was very friendly and always had a reasonable explanation for his tardiness.

Precision plumbing was assigned to my home warranty claim. 3 times they were a no call, no show. Jay was the point of contact. I can't comment on their quality of work, but if it's at all comparable with their ability to communicate or show up for appointments, then it can't be good. If you need something done promptly, or a contractor to actually show up, look elsewhere. This was an urgent matter and they let me down.

We were referred to Precision Plumbing by our home warranty company. We called the day before to confirm the time of arrival. My husband took the day off work and the time of arrival window came and went with no one showing up. We both tried to call the company and it went straight to voicemail. Really disappointed by the loss of income from my husband needing to take the day off work and the lack of professionalism of this company to no call no show.

We first used Jay from Precision Plumbing back in January to replace our pool pump, and he did a great job… very professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. Because of that positive experience, we called on him again to fix a leaking bathtub faucet, install two bidets, check our sinks, and flush the water heater. After inspecting the water heater, Jay found there were no sediments and let us know a flush wasn’t necessary, he didn’t charge us for that either. We hired Jay to snake our sewer line. He did the job quickly and effectively and my husband paid through Jay’s company app using our credit card. Unfortunately, the charge showed up twice on our credit card. My husband contacted him as soon as we saw the error. He never returned calls or texts, but we assumed he was just busy and would make it right. When we contacted him, his response was over-the-top rude. Maybe he was just having a bad day. We did get the payment issue resolved and his plumbing work was exemplary. Just wanted folks to know about the customer service experience, which was quite upsetting.
