We had a fantastic experience with JWA Landscaping. John came out to give us a free estimate, and we liked him so much that we hired him on the spot! He listened to what we needed and wanted, and then he designed the perfect yard for us. The whole process was so smooth – we never had to worry about anything. John always kept us informed about what was happening as well as any changes or suggestions he had along the way. The JWA Landscaping crew is fantastic! Dave, the project manager is a true professional and makes sure that every detail is taken care of. Mel, our landscape designer, really captured the look and feeling that we wanted our yard to have. He made helpful suggestions while listening to our input on specific plants and trees that we wanted. The end result was a more beautiful backyard that we could have ever dreamed of! The concrete walkways and patios are absolute perfection. John made sure to stay within our budget while delivering the same excellence in service and design that he offers to his bigger, more elaborate projects. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result, and we would happily recommend JWA Landscaping to all of our friends and neighbors.

I had an absolutely great experience working with John at JWA. I moved into a new home with a completely blank slate, both front and back yards. After an initial meeting with John, I worked with his designer, Mel. Mel is wonderful and talented in his field, very open to complete collaboration between his ideas and mine. Communication with John throughout the project was open and straightforward. The various teams that work on the different aspects of the work (concrete, plants, water feature, irrigation, etc) are all very experienced and knowledgeable. And, at the end of the project, when the extremely hot weather had taken a toll on several of the plants, John unquestioningly replaced those that had suffered. He is always very pleasant, honest and professional and I would recommend his work to anyone. I love my yard and so does anyone that visits, with so many accolades about the "wow" factor that JWA helped produce!

He and his crew came highly recommended by a family member whose yard they completed in EDH, and they absolutely lived up to that recommendation. From the start, John was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced in his craft. He took the time to walk me through the project, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure I understood the best options for my space.

John’s crew was just as impressive. They showed up on time every day, worked diligently and cohesively, and paid close attention to the details. The work was done meticulously, and they were always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. The finished result looks clean, polished, and thoughtfully done.

Communication was clear throughout the project. Updates were shared regularly, and the team was respectful of both the property and my dog. The quality of the work has already been admired by several neighbors.

We hired JWA for a full redesign and execution of our front yard, as well as a backyard patio/seating area. We had some of our own design ideas upfront which were thoughtfully considered and improved upon to better fit the space/landscape. This was a 'full scope' job, including design, excavating/grading, concrete work, stairs, retaining wall, stone wall, planting, irrigation, drainage, lighting, and more. The crew was professional and addressed all concerns promptly. John was responsive and had excellent customer service. The job was delivered ahead of schedule and on budget. I would recommend JWA and will be using them again in the future.

Progressive did a great job they installed a patio cover, fire pit, outdoor fireplace, bbq island and general landscaping.

I had no clue what to expect going into getting my backyard completely landscaped (first time home buyer), i had the picture of what i wanted it to be in my head but couldn’t even explain it. Donald at Progressive landscape far exceeded that picture in my head and has my backyard looking better than i could have imagined. The whole process was super smooth efficient and actually done ahead of schedule. I would 100% recommend Progressive landscapes if you want your yard to exceed expectations.

Had a great experience with Progressive Landscape. Don and his crew were easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and did solid work. You can tell they actually care about what they’re doing and don’t just rush through the job.

Everything came out exactly how I was hoping, maybe even better. It’s hard to find people you can trust these days, but these guys are the real deal. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing landscaping work done.

Don and his crew at Progressive Landscape did an awesome job on my place. Not only did they take care of the landscaping, but they also built my pool and it came out great. No runaround, no surprise costs—just straight up good work. Definitely someone you can trust.

Working with Progressive to design my pool was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home. They took the time to understand my style, my family’s needs, and how we actually use our backyard. Every detail felt intentional. The final design is beautiful, functional, and fits the space perfectly. I’m beyond grateful for their talent and patience throughout the process.

They came out to give me and estimate for a completely relandscaping replacement of 200 to 300 feet of retaining walls and fencing. I never recieved an estimate and when I contacted them the estimate said "oh yeah, I remember your place, i can't find the notes on it." I had found a fencing contractor to do the fence and retaining wall so i was told by clayton at progressive landscape that my job was no longer worth it. And I wanted my whole backyard done and a patio cover. Call someone else this company clearly doesn't want work.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I found this company online and chose to get a bid and design from them based on the beautiful work shown on their website. We initially met with the owns father to ask for a bid. We were very up front with our budget was firm at 25k. He explained the work we requested could be done for that or less and suggested we use their designer, Clayton. We met with Clayton during a design meeting and again expressed our budget was 25k. He wrote down our ideas and said he'd be back on Monday to measure. Monday came and went and no Clayton. We reached out and his truck broke down, understandable but he the became very defensive when we requested he update us as we took time off to be home. He said he would let himself in our backyard and we had to explain to him we are not comfortable with that and we'd like to be home due to an attempted break in we had earlier. He was extreme rude and told us to find someone else and that he can't work under these conditions. Um what? But we pressed on because we wanted to work with Progressive. It took weeks of following up to even get plans and dealing with Clayton's terrible attitude. Our plans finally came in and we were very happy with them even though they cost is DOUBLE what Don had originally quoted us. We pressed on. Now waiting for the bid, again weeks flew by with no word or returned messages. Turns out Don had a medical emergency, again understandable. We pressed on waiting for the bid. FINALLY the bid came in, hurrah! But at 60k. Nearly 3x our budget! When we told them we were not happy with the bid, we were accused of wanting quality work but not wanting to pay for it! I cannot believe they are still in business or continue to employee this man. Clayton turned out to be the most unprofessional person I've ever worked with in my life. Please save yourselves the headache, broken heart and time and DO NOT business with this company.

Progressive Landscapes gets a five star...I could not be more impressed with the quality of work from Don and his crew...I had a whole backyard remodel that included a wrap around seating wall...new concrete walkways.... and my very own BIG, custom made, built in BBQ area with sink and countertops...Progressive Landscapes delivers and pays close attention to detail. Thanks guys!!!

Progressive Landscapes, Don and crew, did an amazing job on our backyard, and this was no small task. My co-worker recommended him to me and I am so glad he did! Don and his crew installed five seating/retaining walls, a very large stamped concrete patio with walkways and stairs, grading, vegetation removal, fence removal and replacement, irrigation…. He checked in with us several times before the project started to make sure we were all on the same page and even took us to see a few projects he worked on. During the project he checked in with us all the time to make sure we were happy with how things were turning out. If we wanted something changed, he was extremely accommodating. If he had a subcontractor working he would still come and make sure everything was being done properly and that we were happy (even if this meant coming over on the weekend or in the evening). Don is very easy to work with; he knew we couldn’t do everything we wanted to do at once so he helped us come up with a phased approach. We will be having him back to build us a backyard bbq and to put a seating wall in our front yard - we can’t wait. We are so pleased with our backyard that we told Don he could bring potential clients over to see it.

I have loved everything Progressive has installed! Outdoor kitchen, Patio cover, stone fireplace, stone retaining with but in sheer descent water feature. High quality products installed by very skilled workman!
I would recommend Progressive Landscapes to any one looking for a full on, blow out back yard to a putting green! A+ from this happy customer!

We solicited recommendations for a landscape contractor for an extensive renovation of our backyard. We feel very fortunate that a co-worker recommended Progressive Landscapers to us.

From start to finish, Don Devorss and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Our project consisted of the design and installation of a big paver brick patio, keystone retaining wall, a very large outdoor kitchen/bar, and a gas fire pit.

Not only did Progressive Landscapers do an excellent job on the finish work, they were thorough and didn’t cut corners on the drainage and other infrastructure to ensure our patio will continue to look great into the future. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new backyard.
