Zero Stars - DO NOT RECOMMEND. Over 14 days, I placed several calls to Sewer Connection in regards to a Sewer Lateral Inspection. After about the fifth call to find out why no one showed up for the inspection, it was obvious that they were too busy to take on new customers. They'll tell you YES, but you'll get a NO instead. Don't waste your time.

This is a wonderful company. The staff are kind, helpful and well qualified. I highly recommend them for multiple issues. They specialize in all sorts of sewer issues, specializing in sewer laterals.

There should be 6 stars because the company, and all its employees, went 'above & beyond'. Ours was a difficult job to begin with, and then there were additional problems out of the control of Sewer Connection. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and last but not least, pleasantly. I have dealt with a lot of specialty contractors over the years, but I can't remember a single one who performed its job as well as Sewer Connection.

Sewer Connection was amazing to work with . The office Staff are very professional and easy to work with from start to finish . The crew came out and did great work . You couldn't even tell they did anything when they finished . My property was put back as it was. I highly recommend them to anyone for all sewer needs . I can't say enough good things about this company.

Open trench to reroute new 4” HDPE poly pipe sewer line.

Sewer Connection just did an amazing job on our broken sewer line in Mill Valley, which is a line we share with two other homes....very difficult job involving multiple connections, etc. Dean Brazil, the Project Manager, was an excellent communicator, took care of all of our concerns and kept the job on a very fast schedule. The foreman Miguel was also very accommodating, very considerate of everyone's needs, and he ran a responsible crew. Lisa in the head office is a great coordinator, knows exactly where everyone is in the field, and is very smart and helpful. All in all, Sewer Connection provided us with a great team to work with especially on an emergency basis, and we feel very lucky to have had their services.

We had to have our sewer lateral replaced. The Sewer Connection was recommended by our home inspector and it was a great recommendation. We know that the current owners took over in 2019 and you can tell they want to do an excellent job in every way. It was a big undertaking, and my research showed that their pricing was very fair. We were able to trust the Sewer Connection with this important project because they explained everything, and every single person on the team (in the office and onsite) was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, timely, and responsive. We encountered issues with tree roots clogging our sewer line at our rental in the. y, requiring jetting twice. Following the last instance, a nameless company suggested replacing the entire line at a staggering cost of $20,000. Fortunately, we discovered Sousa’s at Sewer Connection on Google. Tyler assessed the situation, ran a camera through our line, and determined that only a spot repair was necessary. With permits and inspections included, the total cost came to $3200. We couldn't be more satisfied with their service and highly recommend this family-owned and operated business.

Sewer Connection replaced our sewer lateral as it was a requirement for our new home. I'm very grateful that they did as they found an issue which they quickly resolved. They do amazing work, very affordable and passed inspection with no issues. They also left my front yard clean and just the way it was.
