Great crew! Was a general pleasure working with sewer connection! The guys, especially Manny the supervisor, were all super knowledgeable and patient with me. I'm pretty annoying because I ask lots of questions, but they all took the time to walk me through everything and explain it all :)

Would recommended. They are professional, and ready to help. We had an issue with our sump pump and they diagnostic the root cause quickly and saved us thousands.

Manny and the Sewer Connection team are our heroes. We fought with them against West County Waste Water for a year to get our sewer replacement project through. Once done the whole system for our small street of 5 houses was completely replaced. Sewer Connection is honorable and does big jobs to small. They reacted quickly numerous times to emergencies while we were still battling with the county to get the project approved. Very proud that we went to with a local company and got the job done right.

We hired Sewer Connection Inc. to replace our entire sewer lateral in Sycamore Park, Mill Valley. It ran from the foundation of our home to the public sewer main using a trenchless method, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Manny and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and very clear about the scope of work and permits required.
They installed new HDPE piping, a new cleanout with a backflow prevention device, handled all required permits with the City of Mill Valley and the Sanitary District, and coordinated inspections seamlessly. The trenchless process minimized disruption, and they took care of excavation only where necessary at the foundation and street connection.
Traffic control, safety measures, and final restoration were handled properly, and the street and concrete areas were repaired neatly after inspections passed.
Communication was great throughout the project, and everything was done exactly as promised.
I would absolutely recommend Sewer Connection Inc. for anyone needing sewer lateral work done right.

We had Sewer Connection replace our sewer lateral this month and they were top notch. Extremely professional, thoughtful, and communicative. Especially Manny on site and Jasmine from the office!

They also were able to find a new route for our sewer line so it would be much less disruptive to our backyard and require significantly less excavating. They did this change at no extra charge, which was very fair and was much appreciated.

They also did a great job leaving the site feeling untouched, which was impressive given how much work needed to happen.

They are a step above the competition, truly the best around. I received four quotes and sewer connection was the last and Tyler noticed part of the notice of violation from wcwd was for something we already had. We got a revised wcwd notice. This saved us thousands of dollars. None of the others told us this. We needed the work done quickly because we were selling our home and Manny came out and made it happen. Manny was transparent about a possible issue that arose and with our permission called wcwd on speaker phone to ensure we would likely be given the certificate of compliance before completing work. Again, looking out for us and saving money. Also, they were super on top of the communication. I would give them six stars if google would let me. Thank you so much sewer connection! Not only for your fair prices and reliability but also for just being decent and restoring my faith in humanity.

The crew showed up ready to work to correct an offset on my sewer line. Double check for spot of repair with their camera equipment to confirm location. We went over any concerns and time frame of completion. Extremely professional and explained the work that was being done.

BUYER BEWARE!!! These people are SHADY, and at my house Bill's son and grandson tried to intentionally damage my sewer lateral so they could possibly get work from me, even after I unclogged the stoppage weeks prior.

My Experience: Bill's son told me to try a Water-Pressure Drain Opener on the sewer lateral which it worked (they would've earn a 5-star from this point).

However Bill's Underground got shady really quick, once they cancelled my contract days before work started and said they would return my check, in which they cashed instead. 3 weeks following the contract cancellation and me telling them I no longer need them on site because there is no stoppage (and to return my $400 deposit), Bill's son and grandson came back to my house anyway used a Street Curbside Water Meter Key to possibly place a foreign object into my cleanout, where my water meter was nowhere near the cleanout.

Maybe Bill's have done people right in the past to receive good comments, but there is no way I would ever recommend this sewer repair company. 1 month after giving them my deposit, they still haven't returned my $400 check, but their family field crew has returned to my house to reexamine my sewer lateral on a few occasions since.....Hmmmm? Shady.

In 2022 El Sobrante Sewer replaced the original clay-pipe sewer line leading from the street to our house (which is on a hillside) with a trenchless sewer line (using the pipe bursting technique). We were very pleased with this company. They handled everything very professionally - the required permitting, replacing concrete where needed, and installing two cleanouts on our property. The work was completed in less than one day. I believe this is a family-owned business, and they are extremely easy and pleasant to work with. Furthermore, their prices were very reasonable compared to other bids we had. If you are looking to replace your sewer line, I highly recommend El Sobrante Sewer.

I highly recommend El Sobrante Sewer Repair. They did an outstanding job in replacing my main sewer to the street. They saved my cement path by digging underneath it instead of demolishing and replacing the cement. This was extra work for them, but better for me because my cement path has a pattern on it that cannot be duplicated. Great group of guys who were very nice and explained well all work that needed to be done. So thankful for all their hard work.

I highly recommend El Sobrante Sewer Repair for blocked sewer issues. The team cam out and did a camera inspection diagnosis for free, identified a huge root in my sewer lateral, offered a very fair price (better than the other company I talked with) and resolved the issue quickly. Daniel, Mike and crew were professional, efficient and overall good guys. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any more sewer issues and will be recommending them to family, friends and neighbors.

I can't be happier. I yelped 3 contractors that had high ratings with a lot of reviews. El Sobrante Sewer was one of them. I chose El Sobrante for their very competitive quote but also they were the most responsive for the inspection. They were prompt, great attention to details, fixed a leak that I caused when I removed the junipers and did a great job cleaning up. The street patching was on grade with the street (excellent). Very hard workers. The job was completed in less than a day. They were polite and answered all my questions. Would I recommend them? Hell yes! Their quote out beat the other two and saved me money. I had a great experience with El Sobrante Sewer. They were responsive and efficient. I have years of experience with Joe and Scott Farrell and their crew. Everything from my sewage ejector to my under ground storm drain repair. They are experts at trenchless repairs and used it to fix my root clogged 40 year old line to the sewer main. The clean up and pavement patching was excellent! I always call them first for any problems. Highly recommend.
