We would like to highly recommend Scott Farrell and his crew at El Sobrante Sewer Repair for any repairs to sewer lines, camera inspections or drain cleaning. When we called about a clogged sewer line, Scott’s crew came out the same day to take care of the problem. The crew was prompt, efficient, and left a clean work area after the work was completed.

I have used El Sobrante Sewer Repair before and referred people to it multiple times. This time, I had an emergency sewage situation that another plumbing company messed up. El Sobrante Sewer Repair came through and resolved the problem. They did an outstanding job, 1. They were able to come up with a solution that other plumbing company could not. This was because El Sobrante has state of the art equipment and personnel to do the diagnostic and proposed the most efficient solution. 2. The crew was outstanding. They were able to help me out on an emergency in an extremely tight schedule. Everyone there was just excellent! it was a pleasure to work with the crew, knowing they were honest, knowledgeable, and think of customers' interest when coming up with solutions. They were also super friendly people.

El Sobrante Sewer did the job promptly and they were easy to work with. I received a quote via email that was much lower than the other company I inquiried. I would have liked to have received an email letting me know they had completed the job, but other than that everything went fine.

El Sobrante Sewer has the latest instruments to find and locate underground pipe work and determine the depth / take video and make honest estimates of work to be performed. I had an emergency situation and had a knowledgeable long term team at my home within a few hours .
It’s nice to work with a straightforward company that has great communication. Will have complete waste line replaced in the very near future.

These guys were so great to work with and did a great job explaining what they would do ahead of time and the very reasonable cost. They needed to replace the sewer lateral from the house to the street and they did so with minimal damage to existing landscape and our driveway. They were on time, worked straight through the project and left the area clean. Highly recommend. Plus they were enjoyable to work with.

I had my Private Sewer Lateral (PSL) replaced and I could not be happier that I selected El Sobrante Sewer Repair. They were the low bidder of five I approached which might make you worry a bit. Not with these guys. Scott Ferrell and his staff far exceeded my expectations for service and quality of work. The trenchless method of replacement required digging five holes up to 3 feet deep to expose the joints so they could feed a 4" plastic pipe to replace 80 year old clay pipe. All workers were very respectful to us, kept the site clean and safe and cleaned up fully after they completed the work. They make good use of the internet for communications, including quotes, invoicing and payment questions/reply. Why can't all contractors work and behave they way they do?
