They came out to clear a clogged sewer line and explained to us why it's been clogging up these last three months. After they put a camera down they recommended that we should replaced the sewer. They gave us a bid for a sewer replacement and clean out with a detailed list of work to be done with a great price. After accepting their bid Scott told us about the PIPES rebate program from West County Waste Water which saved us some money. When they started the work it took them less than two days to finish. I had a Yellowjacket pest problem at the start of the job, so we had to delay 3-4 weeks. They were very understanding and once completed, didn’t charge me extra for the delay.
