Frank and his wife, Marina, were wonderful to work with. Marina handles the office work (scheduling/billing/answering questions) and Frank handles the carpet cleaning. Marina was able to answer my questions and give me a ball park figure on the cost, over the phone. Frank was able to come out to our house and give us an estimate the same day. Our home is almost 2500 sq/ft, most of it carpeted. We have two great rooms, three bedrooms and a dining room and hallway that are carpeted. With a first responder discount (10%) the total bill was $385. There are a couple of other discounts available. One was a senior discount and I don't remember the other. Frank showed up on time and went right to work, first pre-spraying the carpet, then going back over it with his carpet cleaning equipment. He was fast and efficient completing the job in under 2 hours. He offers a Teflon treatment, but doesn't recommend it as he doesn't think it's worth your money. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again when the time comes.
