We called Chad the day before and he was able to come out. He was prompt, friendly and engaged. Very personable as well as informative. We have really old carpet and he brought it back to life. The session was a little under 2 hours for 5 rooms, a hallway and stairs. Definitely recommend him and use his service again in the future. If you need any last minute carpet cleaning done right, Chad is the man!

Excellent from start to finish! Chad is extremely responsive, helpful, and overall great to work with. Made recommendations and has done multiple cleanings for us now on both upholstery and kitchen tile/grout that now looks immaculate. Will absolutely be contacting again for any additional house cleanings that we need!

Matt and Brennan were fast, professional and friendly. My carpets have new life and smell fresher. It's a little pricier than regular steam cleaning, but worth it if you're trying to eliminate pet stains and odor.

Called ChemDry for Tile and Grout cleaning. They did a fantastic job! Very professional and the price was good as well. Super nice guys. So glad we choose them to clean our home. We will definitely be using them in the future to clean our carpets too! Give them a call you will be pleased with the service they provide.

I'm past appreciative to City Wide Chem-Dry for saving my office cover! Their group acted quickly, showing up on time and dealing with the wreck expertly. Matt's ability was obvious, and my floor covering looks new once more. Energetically suggested!

Editing my review since it’s been a few days. The stain is still there unfortunately, and the mixture of cleaner and pet waste smell still remains. I didn’t have a water hookup at my apartment, which is necessary now. I wish Chad would have spent more time on it. Seemed like he was rushing since it was end of day.

Matt was amazing! Making an appointment was easy. He showed up on time and made an assessment of what I needed. My carpet looks like new! He definitely has a repeat customer.

We were very happy with the 2 men (Chad and Allen) who came to do our carpets. They called an hour before they got here, were very thorough in what our options were, and worked very quickly and efficiently to finish 2200 sq ft in about 3 hours. Also provided the service of cleaning my bathroom tile which I didn’t know they could do. Looks sparkling clean! Highly recommend city wide chem dry and will use them again!!

Alan and Chad do a fantastic job. They have cleaned my carpets for over 10 years. They also do a great job cleaning upholstery. Their process for getting pet odors and stains are second to none. They get the job done right. The carpets come out clean, they dry fast and their friendly people. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their house smelling and looking great. Btw I just found out they clean mattress too. That's awesome.

Very happy with the service provided by Matt. He worked very hard to get some long standing stains out and my carpets look wonderful. Matt was very personable and I would highly recommend him and Citywide Chem Dry for anyone who needs to have their carpets cleaned.

These guys are awesome. The owner, Chad, immediately responded to my request online when I was inquiring about the price for pet urine carpet cleaning. The price was great so I scheduled an appointment. Matt showed up on time Friday morning and took extra time to make sure he treated every single pet stain on my carpet. He suggested letting the solution set over the weekend for maximum effectiveness and came right back Monday morning to finish the process. My carpet looks and smells INCREDIBLE. Matt was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job. Can’t say enough good things.

Matt did such an amazing job!! He is very professional and gets the job done. I had the worse pet stains and odor, but the end of the treatment and cleaning I swear it looked amazing. I honestly didn’t think it was going to turn out the way it did. Totally worth it. Definitely happy I didn’t go with any other company.

Wow, just wow. Matt was able to get out stains I've had on my carpet for YEARS that several other companies never could. And he didn't use anything other than their usual formula for carpet cleaning. In the past other carpet cleaners came and everything looked great until the carpet fully dried and then you see the stains again. Not this time. I kept waiting to see the spots reappear and they never did. Hands down, BEST carpet cleaning company out there. Highly recommend!

Brock was on time during the quoted window, professional and prompt on a Saturday. He was able to treat the stains from a big dog that unfortunately got into some people food and caused bowel distress overnight. The big carpet scrubber equipment and extractor made quick work of the stains and odor. He was in and out very quicky. I highly recommend Brock and wouldn't hesitate to call Brock at City-Wide chem dry in the future.

Chad and Brennon did a great job cleaning three of our large rugs, they are mainly dry when they finished plus also steam cleaned our couch. Very friendly, quick to respond, and professional. I recommend them and would use them again!
