I would not use again at roughly $300 a pop for 45 minutes. Left carpet soaked in almost all areas, took 72 hours to dry before I could put furniture back and did not vacuum after as stated. I vacuumed up dirt for days after. Will definitely go with a different company with extraction methods for a cleaner result. Did not extract urine spot areas, just soaked neutralizer into pad and left. Yuck

I really enjoyed the effectiveness and hardworking attitude these guys have. They got the job done in no time at all. I had terrible stains in my carpets and they got them out easily. I had a nice man come over named Al and he did a terrific job.

Matt and Chad did the initial carpet clean really well. There was a stain that came back after carpet dried and I called them. They came right back to clean the spot for me. Great service.

For being as young as they are especially mattew, he seemed as if he had years of experience, he knew sooo much about cleaning the carpet, and walked me thru every step being done, asked my approval for satisfaction, I was IMPRESSED! I will always use them from now on

I am blown away at the service provided to me by ChemDry! I have had my carpets cleaned by others, but never as good as ChemDry. I had some pet urine areas (one that was extremely bad) and with the P.U.R.T. III treatment ChemDry does, the smell is gone! I mean gone-gone. Very impressive. Matt was so warm and friendly, and explained everything clearly. It was a pleasure speaking to him. My Great Dane liked him too! I am telling everyone, especially those with pets, about City Wide ChemDry. Thank you Matt!
