A six-man crew (Vince, Chelle, Meshach, Samuel, Santiago, and Urich) provided outstanding service when they cleaned our roof, gutters, siding, walkways, patio, and driveway. Everything looks brand new! We are so impressed with the quality of the work. We highly recommend No Moss and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I was looking for a roofing company to clean off the dirt and moss build up on our roof and found No Moss. Looking over the reviews seems Santiago and Uriah are rather famous and I can see why. A real power duo and they did a fantastic job on the roof. The remaining lichen is still dying off. Not only did they clean the roof but all around to outside of the house. Very impressed and I will use their services again when needed.

The technicians showed up on time and clearly explained what they would be doing to remove the moss from my roof and brick patio. They did an excellent job on both surfaces. I was very impressed with the quality of their work. The fact that the work is guaranteed for five years makes the cost very reasonable.

Meshach & Sam were incredibly professional, polite and informative. They called in advance to notify me prior to arrival, and they walked me through the process taking all my needs into consideration. They cleared my roof of all moss and debris, not only that but cleaned up everything else that fell onto the floor and even cleaned the street. They carried themselves exceptionally well. Absolutely appreciate the kindness and effectiveness they displayed in their work.

No Moss did and excellent job on cleaning the outside of our house, walkways, and driveway, as well as removing and treating our roof for moss. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Chris L, the person who came to inspect and give us a quote was very thorough in explaining their process and giving us a heads up to some damage we had on our roof tiles already. He even gave a couple recommendations for roofers to have the tiles replaced. It was a friendly no pressure experience. He made sure I had all the paperwork for the quote before leaving and was very friendly with all correspondences.
On the day of the actual work - Santiago and Chris let us know when they were on their way and arrived on time. They were very friendly and professional. Santiago explained the process to me again and handed me the invoice before beginning so I could have it in writing as well. They took time to move the patio furnishings and potted plants before beginning the cleaning process. They also took special care to move everything back after they had finished. We were very impressed with the overall look of our house when we did the final inspection. They were able to gently remove some of the moss and grim that was on the roof and some ledges on the stucco of our house. They also cleaned our solar panels on top of our roof. The patio, walkways and driveway look fresh and new again. The technicians friendly and safety conscious of all who passed by. You can tell they enjoy what they do. They did a top-notch job and it comes with a 5 year guarantee that if moss should return just give them a call.

When we decided to hire a professional to tackle the moss and lichen on our tile roof, we started searching for a remedy. Reading the positive reviews on the No Moss website, prompted us to call Chris. He came out to our home within a few days; took photos, notes and explained, in detail, the organics of moss and lichen, and their process to stop the growth. Previous to hiring Chris and his team, we would actually power wash the roof ourselves every few years. Not a solution, let me tell ya!

Lil" Chris and Sam were the technicians who treated our roof. They were on time, friendly, courteous and professional. They kept us abreast during the process. They took time to prep the front porch door and sidelights, covering them with plastic, to prevent any overspray from penetrating the wood. (the front door is unfinished knotty alder, as is the trim around the sidelights) I appreciated that they were cognizant of that fact! As well, Lil' Chris and Sam washed our windows afterwards!

Since having John with Veteran pool maintenance service our pool this past month , all I can say is wow! Great service and always goes above and beyond. Veteran owned company that continues to serve. They were able fix a chemical imbalance issue that had plagued our pool for over two years. Always shows up and we get updates every week.

After our last pool service failed to give any service and our pool grew yellow algae, we reached out to John on the day before the 4th of July. He came out on July 4th to give an estimate. He was a great communicator, texting before he came and closing the loop after the visit was done. He is the consummate professional, he knows what is is doing, explains everything and keeps our pool sparkly. I should not be happier! I should have switched to his service along ago.
