My family has used this companies weekly pool service since we purchased our house back in 2012, and over the past year the pool service and customer service has gone downhill (since they were purchased by another company). Our pool has had spots of alge in it since May (it's now November). I've called and spoken to the manager on a few occasions to complain, and she would have someone come by to pour chemicals in the pool each time... they never fixed the problem. Yesterday, I called the store to speak to the manager and the young lady on the phone (Amy) gave me another number to call which I thought was a little strange. I called Nani and left her a detailed voicemail message and I texted her photos of my pool expressing how the current condition of my pool is unacceptable. In my message I asked her to confirm that she received my message cancelling my account, which she confirmed via text message. I texted her back and asked her to conform the cancellation date, and to let me know if my November bill has been prorated and she did not respond. Its unfortunate that some businesses no longer value providing standard customer service especially for a longtime customer like myself. I'll just follow up with an email. Needless to say I've been calling around looking for a new pool company to clean my pool weekly because I'm basically just giving my money away at this point. The alge has gotten worse and no one has done anything to solve the problem (chemical balance). Over the past 13 years our pool has never been green. In May we noticed a significant alge build up and we could not use the pool on several occasions because of the heavy chemicals in it, and they charged us extra for the chemicals, because it's apparently not included in the weekly service. Our bill is constantly fluctuating from month to month and the service has only gotten worse. I don't recommend this company as they're under staffed, they don't problem solve and they lack professionalism. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. ****Update. We just received our final bill for services done in October, it's December by the way... I'm going to have to dispute the charges as as I honestly don't think they did anything when they came to my home. It's such a headache to have to deal with this.

I’ve had a great experience with everyone at this store. They’re knowledgeable and tell me just enough chemicals or salts to get the pool back in shape. Recently Tyson did a great job helping me with my chemicals and realigning my robotic pool cleaner that wasn’t working right. I’ve been coming here for a few months and don’t plan to go anywhere else. A+ service!

Just stopped showing up. Never called us letting us know. They weren't serving our pool. Not kool at alll worst service

This company is a life saver! The technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for pool service as well as equipment repairs and resurfacing my pool has never looked better!

Victor is just a smooth criminal. I paid this man money to fix my pool lights, and also paid him in advance for the month of May. Victor never showed up for the month of May, neither did he fix my pool lights. He never returned any of my phone calls or text messages. This guy is a scam and much more.

I started with Victor the beginning of June with a weekly chemical pool service. By July 15th my pool had turned completely green. I understand this can happen so I called to say it had turned. He immediately came out and said he was on it. It continued to be green and unusable when on the 15th of August I stated that I had a large party on the 20th and it had to be clean. He came out everyday and stated that if it wasn't clear he would drain it the 19th and refill with clean water. I called texted and called on the 19th as it was still green. No response I have not heard back from them since. Completely irresponsible and not someone I would ever contract again. The name should be All Green Pool & Spa care

If you think you've met the most unprofessional pool service providers, wait until you try this service. They are unresponsive with communication. If you ever have any pool emergencies, look elsewhere. This individual will only answer or return your call may be one week after you called. I paid for service for the month of May, today is May 13th, approximately 2 plus weeks since I made payments. I have not seen nor heard from this individual. I had to clean my pool myself. I paid for my pool light to be repaired, its been two weeks and I have not heard even a word from him. Trust this company at your own risk. If there was a way to give them zero stars I would. Look elsewhere for a pool servicer and save yourself some trouble. I strongly believe this is a sole proprietor. A true business entity cannot not be this dishonest and disloyal. This dude took my money and never cleaned my pool not even once. Please don't get this guy, he is highly dishonest.

I had a very positive experience with Victor unlike some of the other reviews. My spa was leaking and had called all over Elk Grove. He was so responsive, on time and fixed the seal on the pipe quickly and the price was reasonable. He was very helpful as a new spa owner and I will definitely call back for anything I might need in the future.

Victor assured me that he could remove the stains in my pool. Nightmare. The method that was used did not work. When they were finished I questioned him on his job. The stains were still present. His response was to fill the pool and when he return the next day ( He never showed up) he would add the chemicals and it would change. No change and no response from Mellisa or Victor. I’m still let with a stained pool.

We have enjoyed cleaning services with Iron Property for 3 years now and I can't say enough about them. We require not only thorough cleaning but sanitary cleaning and they have been phenomenal. Not one time have I ever had to correct or ask them to do more because they exceed expectations week after week after week. All this at a reasonable price! They are worth their weight in gold!!!!!
