Our AC unit stopped working at 10pm in the middle of July! And we couldn’t get anyone to come and we found this company. And they came out within 30 minutes, fixed it and we had cold air! I highly recommend them.

Mike and his crew where fantastic to watch during the install answering all the questions I had. They also worked with me in scheduling so I could pour a slab for my unit. They were quick but not lacking quality by any means insuring everything was within code all while worrying about what I wanted as well. Couldn have asked for a better more professional crew. Even Susan answered every possible question I asked over the phone and relayed the info to the crew before they came out. I highly suggest the use of this company for your HVAC needs.

Susan and Mike are top quality professionals and I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs. Our HVAC stopped working due to a small issue with our zoning board. Mike within a few minutes was able to give a diagnosis of what was wrong. We were able to get everything fixed and running in no time at all. It was such a small fix but, without their experience and knowledge we would have been lost! I highly recommend this company!

I have worked with Mike and Susan on a few HVAC related things recently. It all started with buying membership for a fall/summer inspection and service. Best $189 I ever spent. Mike provided such a through report that fist visit. I was so impressed. The summer visit was good, no issues. In August we had a big HVAC issue arise. Mike diagnosed it and explained the warranty process we would have to go through with American Standard. It required ordering a special part that had to be made in Mexico which took 11 weeks. Susan and Mike managed this entire process with diligence and great communication. They also lent us a portable air conditioner for those 11 weeks. This was unexpected and so kind of them. I was blown away by their customer service. They did everything they said they would and communicated every step of the way. fast forward to present, I have a new house and wanted an inspection of my HVAC unit because it was having issues. Once again, Mike provided me with a through inspection report with photos and explanations. In this case, I will be going through new home builder warranty to fix this issue. Mike offered his assistance if I needed him to be a liaison with the warranty company. Once again, so impressed with his customer service. I trust Mike and Susan. I highly recommend contacting Acacia for any HVAC related issue and their membership is well worth it as any repairs are 10% off too.

Well Dan Weber is my brother, so I'll begin with how he would take apart my toys, oh too far back ok.... What I can tell you about Dan is he has a gift for making things work, he the most talented mechanical mind I've ever known, he can and will fix anything! I just wish he would invent a time mechine to go back and reassemble the juke box toy I had for only 1 day, I'm still in counseling 😒

I called to get a bid on a job and without even knowing anything at all about the job the lady up front let me know right away that it’s probably not something they do and that they’re probably not interested in this $400k job at Travis AFB that they know nothing about. So glad they were able to save me some time and money by not providing their email address to get a quote.
