Kao is the best! He's courteous, professional, and honest. I set up two appointments, one for my house and one for my parents. I had requested the ducts to be cleaned and system maintenance for the HVAC systems.

Kao called to let me know his ETA, and when he looked at my parents' duct, he saw that a cleaning wasn't needed. He could have just cleaned it anyway without telling us and charged us, but he didn't.

Same with my house, no duct cleaning needed, but I did have defective parts on my AC unit. Kao took care of the warranty paper work and was back in a couple of days to replace the parts.

Kao of Climate Solutions was called out to repair my heating system after a previous company came out 6 times and was unable to make the repair work. Kao was knowledge, courteous and went above and beyond to repair my heating system. He repaired my heating system and had it up and running on the first visit. He also took the time to take pictures and inform me of fresh rat droppings in the attic. That allowed me to contact pest control in a timely manner before the rats started having babies in my attic. The previous repair company that came 6 times to make the same repair did not even bother to tell me of the rat droppings. Thank you Kao for giving me excellent customer service!

I have never been so happy with a service visit. Kao was a complete professional. He took the time to educate me on the process and he takes great videos to show you exactly what he saw in his inspection. He’s a genuine great guy and really takes a lot of pride in his business and his service and also cares a lot for your home! We bought a house in January, and hired Climate Solutions to come out and service both the AC unit and the furnace, just to make sure they were both running efficiently. Kao was responsive and on time for the appointment. While inspecting the furnace, he discovered a cracked heat shield and recommended that we file a claim with our home warranty. We ended up needing a new furnace, but unfortunately, Kao was not the one to perform that work for us because the warranty chose the company who did the work. I was happy with that other company as well, but would use Kao's services again in the future should we need anything else.
