Having the background and experience with all facets of the HVAC world, I was highly impressed and extremely pleased with Top Rank at every level of this undertaking. My own HVAC experience and formal education began in 1977 completing a college degree in Mechanical-Electrical Technology and starting a career in related work immediately thereafter. I worked on every type of HVAC system for over 30 years, from residential, to commercial and industrial systems. From troubleshooting and repairs, to complete system replacements and new installations, to systems calculations and design. With this extensive background and knowledge, suffice it to say, I pursued the selection process of finding a HVAC company that would meet or exceed my expectations of replacing my inadequate undersized system with one that would perfectly address the current system shortcomings. After meeting with 7 HVAC company reps, I narrowed it down to 3 companies. It then came down to best bang for the buck, knowledge of this technology by the salesperson, and properly designed system. It is very important not to oversize a system as much as undersizing one. I had already performed a heat load calculation and determined what a properly sized unit should be. This narrowed the field to 2 companies. In the end, it was clear that Jeremy from Top Rank had first hand knowledge and field experience, so my choice was clear. At no time did I have regrets or buyers remorse. The technicians performed their work with such artistic approach and pride, that I was very pleased with my own efforts to being patient getting so many bids. Unfortunately, age, physical restrictions, certification, and new laws, sadly prevent me from being able to do this work myself. However, the completed work, unit selection, and Top Rank HVAC selection, resulted in an equally satisfying experience. I would not only recommend Top Tank as the company for your next HVAC job, I would urge you to think long and hard, before selecting an alternate company. To Top Rank, Jeremy, Rachel and the Technicians, who took care of this task for me, Thank you all. As stated, you have exceeded my expectations. What sets you all apart, is that you care, for your company image, your personal reputations, and for the well being and satisfaction of your customers! Jeremy was quick to return my call and set up the same day appointment. Service was excellent and my unit was fixed the first time. They are my "go to" company from this point forward.

I love Top Rank and their annual VIP maintenance program where they come out twice a year to service my HVAC unit and swap out the filters for me! Plus I get priority appointments when it is hot they come out to me first!

Jeremy helped me make the best of a bad situation. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The friendly estimator (embarrassingly can’t remember his name)came out and put together an extensive plan to repair the unit. Less than a week later the technicians got to work and fixed the issue. Hard working techs and friendly owners... highly recommended HVAC company.

I found Top Rank through Home Advisor. I read the reviews and called for an estimate. Jeremy came out and went over the steps needed to install a whole house fan. I called several other companies and had estimates from them as well. Jeremy was not the least expensive but personable and responsive to texts. I was unsure about which brand of fans to choose from and did more homework. I then spoke further with Jeremy and decided on the Quiet Cool Stealth Pro.
He gave me a great price and I also decided to join the VIP membership to have maintenance on my HVAC system twice per year.
The installation process was a day project. James and Derek were the installers. Both are dog lovers which my dog enjoyed. They were respectful with putting on booties when requested as well as throwing down the tarp to keep the mess to a minimum. Derek had some trouble with the switch and needed to work longer than expected. Even after working longer, he began to vacuum up the mess. I insisted on vacuuming since I own a Sharp vacuum that cleans better than most.
We are using our Quiet Cool this evening and am loving it. It is in the low 70’s and falling and has greatly cooled the house. We have a couple of windows/doors (back patio) open and it feels wonderful in our home. I would definitely recommend Top Rank. They were prompt, honest, and saw the job through. They also sent the service worker to complete the Spring maintenance and will call in the fall for the 2nd maintenance on the furnace.
Looking forward to a lower electric bill and cooler home this summer with our new whole house fan.

Amazing service & HONEST!! I move into my home one year ago and I couldn't keep the second floor cool duding the Summer. It was a nightmare! The Top Rank guys got out here within 24 hours and figured out the problem in less than 30 minutes. Within 72 hours of calling Top Rank, my A.C. was fixed up at a reasonable price and running perfectly just in time for the late Spring and Summer Heat! I will always call Top Rank when I need help. Thank you, guys!

I have used them in the past and would recommend them. But this time around it was terrible. They said that they’ll be there between 12 and 3 and that they were running ahead of schedule. So when I had to pick up my daughter at two and left someone else to manage the repair, the HVAC person left in the middle of the job and did not call me to update or inform me of the cost. He just left. I don't remember his name, but He is short, skinny, white, and 30-50 yrs old.

Even though they are cheaper, $49 vs. $79, it isn’t worth it when your a/c wont even work!

When we needed a new HVAC system, I got bids from 4 different companies. Top Rank came in considerably cheaper than everyone else with top of the line equipment. After installation I found an isolation issue (not their fault) in our two zone system. Their tech Mike came out ,thought out, figured out and fixed it in short order at no charge. Thank you Mike and Top Rank!

I wish I could give a huge hug to this company!!!!! Wow!!!! I had a huge issue! After a failed thermostat install attempt, I was left with no air conditioning with small children in a 100 degree day! I was freaking out! After attempts to call anyone, I got a referral from Facebook to call them, and I was so so happy with how I was treated. Not only was the woman on the phone so kind and understanding, the technician, Dave, was just fantastic!!! Absolutely knowledgeable and fast at fixing the issue. I will always recommend these guys and I only wish I knew they existed sooner!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! 😊😊😊

We are happy to report that our AC is blowing cold again. However we were surprised to find that we had more than one circuit breaker for the house. It’s my own fault, I should have known to look for another breaker. We paid 99 bucks to have them come out and another 140 to flip a switch. The whole visit took less than 30 mins. I was happy with the interaction with both the dispatcher and tech. The bill was a surprise. I’d use them again but maybe ask for a diagnosis before the repair.

Mike T was amazing! The entire Top Rank team did an excellent job of installing my HVAC system and a whole house fan. It was fairly priced, the staff were professional and efficient and we got a great system that works well for our home. When our whole house fan started to 'act up', Top Rank sent someone out that day to fix it. When it became evident that the problem was a faulty remote (not their fault, just a bad part), Mike T diagnosed the problem and got it fixed quickly. He tested to ensure it was working properly and made sure we were happy with the service and resolution. Top Rank is my go-to for all things HVAC and specifically Mike T is the best technician.

Called because our unit was leaking water in the house. They showed up after 8, the owner himself. Walked me through what he was looking for and gave me some pointers on how to avoid costly repairs down the road. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Any and all service I need moving forward will be done by Top Rank.

Great work from the Top Rank crew! They replaced our AC and furnace. They relocated our furnace to the attic so we had more useable space in the house. It was a big job and the guys ran into quite a bit of issues, but got the job done! Big shout out to Joe, Albert, Pedro and the rest of the crew! Jeremy - you got some solid players on the team!
