This company has been by far the most responsive that I have worked with! Their customer service is the best that we have had. I use them for all my commercial needs (and have sent them to a few residential properties as well). Their pricing is on point, and have given me several options for install as well. Knowledgable and takes the time to explain things. I almost didn't write this review because I don't want to share them, but they deserve the business!

Neel's Heating and Air saved me when my home warranty's contractors couldn't. I was without air conditioning for 5 days during a week of 100+ degrees because everyone else was booked. Neel's came highly recommended and I found them to be accommodating, patient, and thorough. So grateful they were able to fit me in their busy schedule. As a real estate agent and new customer, I definitely recommend them!

Neel's showed up at 8:45 in the morning and I had a meeting at 9. I asked if they could give me about 15 minutes without noise and to let me know when they would make noise so I could mute my mic. Ash agreed and did his best to work with me. Ash and Nathan removed the old system and installed the new system with minimal mess and noise. These two guys got everything done by 1:30 pm! It was truly amazing. Great work by Ash and Nathan. If you need HVAC system work use Neel's and ask for Ash and Nathan.

Ive been using Neels Heating and Air for a couple years; for my parents house and for my own. Both for AC in the summer and the heat issues. Nathan came out to both residence. He’s professional, and get the job done quickly without trying to up charge the service. I recommend this company to anyone who ask for a referral.

Ok, so I first used Neel and his amazing folks about 15yrs ago when was just starting out. They were fantastic then and even better now. Nathan, just wrapped up fixing my mom's heater (new control board). They are super professional, keep things clean, prices are upfront and transparent so no surprises! I have had the pleasure of working with Neel's Heating and Air for nearly 10 years or more. I ONLY have good things to say about them ALL the time. The technicians are not only very knowledgeable but also 100% HONEST. Arwin, their office manager is always very obliging in getting my unit fixed ASAP. The last time I called them, I was on an overseas trip. I wasn't even at home when they arrived and had the AC unit fixed and running. Nathan, the technician informed me that the dog had chewed the wire and only charged me to have the wires fixed.
No hesitation in giving them 5 STARS!!! Very grateful for their honesty!!!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We have been doing business together for years. Our relationship started when my AC unit failed and they came out and installed a new unit. The price was better than anyone we talked with and the quality of the work was outstanding. AC stopped working on the hottest day and Aemal showed up same afternoon to fix it quickly

Finally found my go-to HVAC contractor. Other previous contractors ghosted me, would only offer repairs if I paid $100+ for a diagnostic first, but afterwards say they can only sell me a new AC system.

With Aemal, I call him, describe my problem, we make an appointment, he shows up, diagnoses the problem, explains how the problem can be fixed, gives the cost for parts and labor and does the repair same day if the parts are available. If not, he returns to do the repair when he gets the parts. No BS like other contractors.
