I want to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude for Jeremy and his team at Top Rank Heating and Air…. My AC went out on late Saturday night… I have used this company before and so I called on Sunday morning… I spoke with Melissa and told me Jeremy was on call to get him out to service my AC unit. Of coarse it was going to be 108 on Sunday….make a long story short my unit was dead… Jeremy made it happen for me to get a team out to install a new unit the next day…. Sure enough Joe knocked on my door at 7:00am with the team… let me tell you what a team… 6 guys!!!! They hit the ground running…. The service this company provided and experienced techs that handled my job was amazing to say the least…. I definitely RECOMMEND Top Rank for all your AC or Heating needs….. thank you thank you so much for a job well done!!!!!! I am forever grateful for all your hard work and commitment to your craft….

I recently had Top Rank Heating and Air Conditioning Inc install a brand new HVAC system in my home, and I am beyond impressed with their service! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Jeremy helped me choose the right system for my home’s needs and offered clear, detailed information about the options available, ensuring I made the right decision.

On the day of the install the installation team arrived on time and worked efficiently while being respectful of my home. They handled everything with precision, and I could tell they were true professionals who knew exactly what they were doing. The new system works perfectly, and I’m very satisfied.

Jeremy and his crew Lincoln and Mike were here promptly at 7am and spent all day until 4pm installing our new air conditioner and heating system. They were very professional and knowledgeable about their service. They also gave us a bid that was considerably less than other bids we received. Their office staff was also very helpful and professional. We would highly recommend this company. We have also used them in past years for maintenance and repairs on our heating and air units. They are top-notch!!

I really appreciated the service I got, from scheduling the appointment, confirming details, promptness off the service providers, and learning more about my home! After 2 weeks of dealing with some major AC issues and being massively taken advantage of by another company resulting in a loss of a substantial amount of money and a non working AC Unit, I by luck discovered Jeremy at Top Rank home services. I called his company this afternoon at 3pm (on a Saturday) and spoke with Katie who was empathetic and compassionate with reaching out to Jeremy (owner) to see if he was able to give me a call to discuss what was happening with our unit. Not expecting to hear back on a late Saturday afternoon I received an immediate call directly from Jeremy who told me he would be happy to head out this evening even with a jam packed schedule, to help take a look at what we may be facing. He keep communication open and arrived this evening like he had promised. After learning what happened to us with another company he dove right in to figure out what was happening with clear honest communication. He was able to not only fix our issue while explaining what he was doing, what needed to be done and what we should plan for in the future, he was personable and very straight forward. Jeremy went above and beyond to do things that were neglected by the other company and ensure that our family would be in a cool home in no time and he truly did just that. The price we paid for the services he rendered this evening feels like we owe him way more versus being taken advantage of by another company this week. My family is grateful beyond words for the service we experienced with Jeremy and Top Rank Home Services that I cannot begin to recommend them enough. I won’t hesitate to call him for all future services and genuinely look forward to using his company moving forward. People and companies like his are few and far between these days.

Had an old unit replaced. The guys were great. On time. The unit works so well that my grandson commented that his room is so much cooler. I would definitely recommend them

Top rank supplied and installed my Rheem Heat Pump Hybrid Water Heater in my home garage on Dec 21, 2024 on time and on budget. I placed the order on Dec 10 and Jeremy arranged to have the electrician, plumber and his technicians onsite to complete the job to ensure my family had hot water for the Christmas holiday. His technicians were professional. Jeremy also processes a California TECH rebate ($1800) and a Golden State Rebate ($900). Additionally I was able to claim an Federal Tax Credit ($2000) on my tax return. The total rebate/credit amount was $4700. I definitely recommend Top Rank to install a Hybrid Water Heater.

We have had top rank fix our AC unit a few years back and diagnose and replace our water heater a few days ago.

Jeremy and his group at Top Rank never cease to amaze me! They replaced our furnace and AC unit last June (right in the middle of the heat wave) quickly and without any headaches. Their work was incredible and both units work like a champ. And I just contacted them to get the QMID number for my 2025 tax credit and they called me back in less than five minutes with the info. Who does that these days? Unbelievable service and follow up and I can't recommend Top Rank enough. Totally five stars! Thanks Jeremy.
