These people are the WORST and a huge SCAM! Do NOT hire them!! They came out to replace my Hvac thought my home warranty. First they installed it upside down and had to pull it out and redo it. Then he had me pay all upfront for inspections, permits and all and went MIA after he got my money!! I NEVER got the inspection I paid for and he never mailed me my permit!!! I had to apply for a refund and find different inspectors which was way cheaper! Still haven’t gotten my permit. This was done in February and it’s now May. I advise to go somewhere else!! Reporting them to the BBB and leaving a poor review on all sites.

Hottest day of the year at 107f and A/C stopped working. Called Thompson Mechanical and got me going by calling me back right away and promptly replacing a part at a reasonable cost within hours. Now we are back to being cool and comfortable.

Bart Thompson is a very knowledgable and honest businessman. He's been in the HVAC business for a very long time. I'd highly recommend his service for any of your heating and air conditioning needs. It's nice to do business with a trustworthy individual and overall great guy.

Bart with Thompson Mechanical has been great to work with. Always responsive, gave us all the options and also offered some alternatives. Bart offers more than A/C and heater repair, I had him clean my dryer vent while he was there troubleshooting my heater. Great guy to work with.

We had HVAC duct and dryer vent cleaning and were very pleased with how thorough, clean, and professional the three workers were. Each were very polite, respectful, and super meticulous with how clean they were coming into and out of the house. Drop cloths were laid out everywhere and after the job was finished, they vacuumed the carpet and tile as well.

Service was awesome. Needed a second opinion to get our A/C repaired during a heatwave. Ralph was able to service the A/c during the heatwave in one day. Great service, will recommend.

Inexperienced tech wanted to replace parts that were working fine. Owner (Ralph) came to help and discovered my coolant was 1lb low but didn't have the R-22 it needed. Bypassed the failed thermal protection instead of replacing it which could have led to cataphoric failure if I had left it that way. Wanted to charge $300 to replace $10 schrator valves but $160 if I paid cash!
BOTTOM LINE THEY WERE THERE TO TRY AND SCORE A NEW SYSTEM INSTALL NOT FIX!!!!

Ok...so you all know it's been hotter than hades outside...thank God for AC...that is if it's working...mine had gone out around 3:00 pm. Got on the phone to a couple of the usual suspects, but wasn't able to get anyone to come out. The temp in the house quickly rose well above 80 (84)...and now it was time for a hail mary...called Ralph...he was able to swing by after his lady job of the day...system was fixed and up running in 30 mins. What a life saver. This guy is truly a professional and cares about quality service and people...Thanks Ralph...my family is indebted to you.

Fast efficient great description of fees charge. Techs and owner very friendly and they ask questions and listen. Ive had issues for years. Several Companies would charge and could never explain. These guys a Esco took pictures to show me what they are looking at. They sit down to go over the fees and options if work is approved. They take their time and aren't rushing or ready just to collect fees.
I would recommend to anyone who asks for a referral.

Jonathan was very professional, courteous and gave me all the options for what I needed. He was punctual and thorough. He didn’t try to up sell me and was honest. He got me in the same day to fix my unit. I am very pleased with his customer service and he went above and beyond.

After turning on our AC for the first time this summer, we realized that we weren't getting enough cold out from the vents. Esco was able to come to the house quickly, identified that the problem was low refrigerant and also found a number of leaking ducts that needed repair/sealing. Photos and videos of the problems were shown to me so I knew the problems were real. They found the leak, sourced replacement components, and completed the repair before any warm days ever made us uncomfortable. I can 100% recommend Esco Air and moving forward, I'll be using them for all of our HVAC servicing, thank you!!

Best service ever!!! And when i say responds in a timely matter, i mean they were there. Our thermostat went out and while we were going through hoops to get a replacement, they came out not once but twice to get us up and running with a new one. With summer coming, we are ready to go. The tech was super kind, and very professional. Prices? Can not compare. They also offer a monthly fee that weatherizes your home for winter and summer for a super low price. I highly recommend this company.
Honestly i wouldnt recommend anyone else.
