We had a completely new HVAC system installed, including all new ductwork and a brand new house fan with everything that was needed. Ralph Escobar is the most honest and trustworthy guy I have ever met in the business. I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service, professionalism, and care they provided. From the very first phone call to the final inspection, the entire team was courteous, knowledgeable, and completely focused on delivering quality work.

The technicians arrived on time and were respectful of my home. They explained the issues and solutions without any pressure or upselling. It was refreshing to deal with a company that truly values honesty and transparency. I recently moved into a home and a handyman unsuccessfully tried install a smart thermostat. After reinstalling the old thermostat, nothing worked. My agent sent Esco out to fix it. Gavin had tentatively ID’d the problem prior to arrival. He was polite, professional, and took care of the problem right away. Ah. My home is cool again. I’m happy to give him a GREAT recommendation!

I am very happy with the work Esco Air did for us. I asked to have my ac unit moved that was behind our bed room which was to loud. Not only did they move it they also figured out the compressor was faulty and called the manufacturer and it was still under warranty. They are honest, punctual, reasonable, and respectful. He was able to get me in the next day after I called, even though it was raining. The price was very reasonable and the work Ralph performed was second to none. I found that he was very knowledgeable and he educated me on everything he was doing. He was extremely thorough and made me feel at ease as he explained the process. The job was complete and everything was cleaned up. Esco Air, is now my goto for my home comfort installation needs.

I first received a called so I may bescheduled for a routine maintenance. Technician Daniel A. arrived on time and performed his maintenance routine. Within 90 minutes Daniel was done with his service. He had thoroughly inspected our heating unit and provided me with pictures of what he had found. He then informed me of a part that was waring out and it should be replaced as well as some cleaning. The best part that is, I received no pressure from Daniel for the new part as well as the cleaning. His goal was to make the customer happy, even if it ment not making a sale today. Job well done Daniel.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Esco Air in Elk Grove definitely earned this one. My AC went out right in the middle of that crazy heat wave last month, and I was dreading a week of sweating it out. I called a few places and got either no answer or “we can get to you next week.”

Esco Air actually picked up the phone, were super friendly, and had a tech out the same day. The technician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and even gave me a few tips on how to keep the system running better long-term. No upselling, no nonsense just honest work and fair pricing.

It’s nice dealing with a company that still cares about doing good work and treating people right. Definitely my go-to HVAC company in Elk Grove from now on. Highly recommend them for anyone needing heating or AC repair or replacement!

We've been working with Esco Air now for over a year and these guys are amazing. Ralph, the owner, is a fantastic guy and helped us out of a jam when our old system went out. We then purchased a new AC unit from them and it works amazingly. Today, we had a newer employee named Daniel come over for our normal AC unit checkup. He was super professional, extremely nice, and very helpful. He explained to me everything he found while checking over the system and was in and out in no time. We've really liked everyone we have worked with from Esco, and Daniel is a great new addition. Thanks as always, gentlemen.

Esco Air came to me via recommendation from a friend I called and spoke with Ralph and told him that I had a pretty good bid already and he wanted the opportunity to come out and look at everything. Ralph showed up on time. Very professional and was very close to the original bid that I got. Ralph added a few more things that the others did not. I was very happy with the work, his team and the professionalism that he showed they also moved my unit from under my bedroom window down 15 feet. I can't say enough about this companies professionalism. They are on time, they are specific about diagnosing the problem and expedient in resolving any issues with your unit.
