My A/C went out on one of the hottest days in Sacramento, i quickly called American Home Shield . I was told by the agent the soonest that they can have Placer heating and air ( 1 of their vendors) out was in 2 days. I explained that i have a child with respiratory issues. The agent tried to expedite the service call with no luck. She then dispatched All Air Services. Sam (owner) for All Air called to tell me he could be out the next morning, of course i was happy. It was 102 outside and 90 in my home. I spoke with Sam he was really nice and accommodating. The next day there was a mix up with AHS and instead of All Air coming out Placer came. Well, my compressor was out, when everything was finally submitted to AHS it Monday of the next week (it all started on Wed). the AHS rep informed me that my out of pocket was 1150.00 including 500.00 or so for a permit. On top of everything that could not start the job until some consultant (i say sales person) came to my house to give me options. I didn't want options, i just wanted my a/c repaired, can you say "upsale". In additional come out until Thursday, so now we are over 1 week with no air. The hottest days 105-108 we stayed in a hotel, i bought a few fans to add to the existing fans in my home. Lets talk about this permit, i have a little experience in permits. I did not think that to replace a compressor should require a permit. so i call Sam from All Air, he confirmed my concern. I requested a 2nd opinion and requested All Air. Sam came out the next day, and confirm that it was the compressor. He submitted his report with a out of pocket cost 550.00. It took awhile still to get my a/c repaired , AHS held it up ???. What i want to say about All Air Services, is i can breathe now thanks to Sam. He was professional, punctual, friendly and most of all honest. He explained everything he was doing, and was happy to answer questions. I have spoken to AHS regarding Placer Heat and airs unscrupulous behavior, also i gave KUDOS to All Air Services. I have already referred Sam to 2 people. Great Job, Great Price.

Jesus and Josh make a excellent team . Their knowledge and expertise was outstanding and both were professional and good to talk too. They took the time to review our entire new AC/Heater system and educate me on what was going on and the options to address the problems. They answered all of my questions and were very patient as I handled a number of other things happening at the same time. It was a pleasure working with them both.

I sent a message to 8 different companies on Tuesday evening. This was the first place to message back and setup an appointment for Wednesday, and had one of the most reasonable prices for inspection.

The technician who came out was very professional. He was able to root cause my issue and provide a fix in a snap!

I will definitely call them back in the future.

Sam installed a mini split system for us (2 condensers and five indoor units).
He did a great job. He always showed up when expected, replied promptly to any question, and helped us to find the best solutions and to avoid unnecessary costs.
He has years of experience with mini split systems, not easy to find with many other companies. His cost was a fraction of what other companies asked for the same service. He came back to troubleshoot a problem with a malfunctioning unit and came back until everything was fixed.

I am very impressed with the prompt service i received. They came out right away and after determining i needed a new a/c unit a new one they installed the new one a couple of days later. The delay was because I called for a second opinion from another company. The other company confirmed that it needed replacing and All Air Services cost was less.
The technician was very professional. He had the unit installed and working within a couple of hours.
A permit had been opened and passed the inspection.
I called the company a couple of times with questions and the calls were answered promptly.
I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Sam replaced my central, air both compressor and coil in the attic. He did a great job with 1st class workmanship. Sam also repaired my furnace. Sam has been out to my home on several occasion and is always on time or early. I highly recommend All Air

If I could give 5 more stars I would. Helped in our time of need with 2 young kids and a 38 week wife due with our 3rd. Prompt, responsive, and resolved our heater through home warranty in 24 hours. Even called the next day to follow up to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Sam and his company. A+++

I had kept getting the run around and delays by different companies on what the problem was with my unit. I initiated a service call to a different company on 6/1/20. A whole month went by with over 100 degree weather and I could not even get in contact with anyone to check the status update. I finally got through to someone just to be informed that they only wanted to replace the indoor coil and not the condenser. I just knew that there was more to the problem. I was referred to All Air Serviced by my Boss who used this company and provided me with Sam’s number. I called him right away and he confirmed my suspicion that I indeed needed the entire unit replaced. He wrote up the paper work for my home warranty and two weeks later I had a new system. He kept good communication throughout the process and provided great service.

After our AC quit blowing cold air we called around and the soonest we could get someone out here was a week later. I happened across Sam, read his rave Google reviews and called him up. He came out next day, even after I sent the address to the wrong number! He still showed up. He was clean and friendly. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem then fixed it. Its been well over 100 degrees and Sam was there right away! If you're looking for someone who is kind, caring, efficient and knowledgeable, call Sam!

On an annual basis, my a/c goes out just before the first heat wave. In the past, it has taken at least 2 visits before the repairman could fix it. However, this year was different. I contacted my home warranty company as I have in prior years. This year, my home warranty company actually provided me with a professional. Sam from All Air Services called me the following morning and asked me a few questions about the issues I was having and said he could be at my house within the hour. I had to leave for work, so he requested I turn the a/c down so he could work on it and see if it kicked on. Voila! Sam called me to let me know the a/c was working again. I was shocked! No one has ever been able to fix my a/c unit that quickly because it is a very old Lennox! Sam was professional, knowledgeable and communicative. Sam is amazing and saved us from enduring the 105 degree Saturday without a/c that was quickly approaching. Thank you, thank you Sam!

Sam was very timely with coming out and diagnosing the problem with my heater. In the process he was able to replace my water heater that also needed to be replaced. He quoted me such a great price I decided to replace my air conditioner as well. He replaced my heating and cooling system same day. He also replaced my water heater in a day the week before. Everything was brought up to code as I have an older home. Highly recommend him for your heating and cooling needs. Everything is top of the line

My air conditioner had went out and of course if you live in Elk Grove the heat is unbearable at times. I looked on google and came across All Air Services. I called and spoke to Sam he was very professional and came the next day to check what was going with my air conditioner. He told me what was wrong and gave me a very reasonable price to fix it. He ordered the part and got in contact with me the very next day and installed it. My family is so happy that our air conditioner is working. I would recommend All Air to whoever needs there air conditioner repaired.

FAST SERVICE! My AC was blowing warm air. It was 4PM when I decided to call around for a service visit. Sam called me right back and said he would work me into his schedule and was there within the hour. FAST! He was very upfront with his discovery and repaired my AC unit that evening.

Gave Sam a call at 7:38 this morning. He had replaced our friend's unit earlier this year, and they had a great experience... so when our air wasn't turning on, I immediately asked for his information. He picked up right away and offered to come out between 9-9:30 same day. He arrived right within that window and I am writing this review at 9:45. He is quick, efficient, and fair. We needed a new starter and a top-off for our freon. Sam gave us some great advice about how much longer we likely have with our 20 year old system and how much we might need to budget for its eventual replacement. The reviews are spot on. Sam has gone above and beyond. Squeezed us in on 100+ day and fixed the issue without delays. He even utilized his time, saving us more costs by cleaning the system and checking all our levels while he waited for system reboot.
Not to mention our unit is on the roof, which in hot weather techs, won't go up there! We are recommending him to family and to all out there. He is an outstanding professional. 👏

My AC went out during one of the hottest weeks on record. All Air Services was the only AC Service Company that was willing and able to put me on their schedule. The owner(Sam) was installing a unit at another location when I phoned. It was 107 mind you, he told me he was hot and exhausted but he would make it out anyway, because my comfort was is concern. He did come out and he did fix my ac unit. Did not charge a arm and leg, and was very professional.

Sam came out on a home warranty call to fix my 30+ year old heater, which would not shut off. He quickly diagnosed, and the heater was unable to be fixed because of the age of the equipment. He contacted my warranty company to notify them, and within a week I was contacted buy my warranty company. I told them I was okay with the price on the service and parts that were not covered. Sam ordered the unit and within a few days he setup an appointment and showed up on time. The technician he had do the installation was very professional and personable. My installation was a little difficult, but they both stayed there the whole day to make sure I had heat. Good people

Sam was very knowledgeable, personable, reliable, friendly, and answered all my 100 questions! I definitely recommend his company! He also came by a couple months after the install to do a second test run on the new heater to be sure all the excess oil was burned off from the initial install and is ready to be used for the first time when it gets cold, without setting off the smoke alarm. Very knowledge, responds quickly, and communicates well regarding project proposals. He did everything he could to work with us and within our budget. He was great to work with and I'm sure we will be utilizing his services again should we need HVAC work in the future!
