I have had Ralph come over several times to fix my AC and heater. This is my go-to guy. This company knows what they are talking about when it comes to AC and heaters. I have a home warranty company but I really only Trust Esco air. They do not overcharge you like other companies. I highly recommend this company. Try them you can't go wrong with them.

Ralph is very professional and makes it a priority to establish excellent customer service. His crew did a mini split install about 3 years ago and recently came out to repair one of the sensors in one of the units. Made time to explain what was going on and made sure to follow up when job could not be completed same day. He really knows his trade and values the service he provides to the customer. I will start by saying Thank You Esco Air, you guys did a excellent professional job installing my new furnace and A/C unit and all new duct work. You guys were on time, worked clean, and installed the units and got rid of the old ones in a day. I later had you guys come back to install a tankless water heater, once again, hats off to your employees for a very professional job. Both jobs were great pricing. I'm also set up with
preventative maintenance to keep the units running tip top. Thanks again again to Esco Air, I will highly recommend them to others.

My HEROES!!! I can't praise the team of Esco Air Inc enough!! Our A/C went out on Sunday when it was 100+ degrees outside which left my husband, my fur babies and I literally melting. The thermostat control has a safety feature that won't shut off if it senses the home is above 95 degrees so, it continually blew hot air and the internal temperature of the home reached 98 degrees, even with everything open and every fan we own going. After calling and being denied by 10+ HVAC companies that advertised 24hr./emergency services, I made one final call to Esco Air. It was late, but Ralph, the owner, picked up my call. After explaining the situation, Ralph and John made the trek out to our home and fixed the A/C that night!!! They were efficient, thorough and so very kind. Once they made sure everything was running properly, they sat down with us and explained the repair, their findings, recommendations, and costs (very reasonable). They were transparent and did not pressure us at all. We ended up signing a membership and opting to have a deep cleaning of our system done, which they came out at did the next day! We are now faithful Esco-members and will recommend their amazing HVAC services to anyone looking or in need!! Thank you again for stepping up when no other company would and saving the day!!!

Daniel, Dave, and Gavin replaced our A/C today they were all respectful and kept us updated. Our A/C is working better than before and they left their workspace very clean.

We had a new AC unit installed over the summer. There was small issue with the thermostat recently. When I contacted Ralph he sent someone out no questions asked! The whole crew was efficient and professional. I would highly recommend.

Ralph and Gavin from Esco Air just put in a new electric unit in our home and the service, products and prices are EXCELLENT!! It's so quiet we can't even hear it. I can't wait for our future savings and we already saved $3,500!!! Ralph works with Smud and handles the rebate, so we got the price off directly from his bill. Immediately our home is cool and it's 90 degrees outside. They cleaned up everything and even took my abundance of cardboard boxes I needed to break down by my recycle bin!! Just awesome service all around! They were recommended to me by our pool guy who said his bills have gone down 40%! I HIGHLY recommend Esco Air if you want quality products and work. We will be using them for all our future needs!

I was having problems with my A/C at my business. I called that day and a tech was able to come out to see what was wrong. The A/C was fixed the next morning. Ralph (owner) explained to me what the causes were, how they fixed it and how to prevent it. I highly recommend them!!!

Our heat went out during the first cold week of the season and I called Ralph after receiving a recommendation from a friend. He responded right away and we scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. He came and did a thorough evaluation of the situation and went through everything point by point. Ralph explained things in an honest manner that allowed us flexibility and options. He is very professional and personal and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs heat or ac maintenance.

We have continued to use ESCO air for all of our A/C and Heating needs. After our original furnace went out, we worked with Ralph to get a new unit installed and he came out several times until it was working the way we wanted.
We have been a maintenance service plan member with Esco for over a year, and in that time, we have had a great experience. Ralph, Gavin, and Daniel have been great to work with and respond to all our concerns and needs. They put their customers first. Continue to highly recommend them for your heating and a/c needs.

I have recommended this company to two family members already! From our first phone call they were attentive to our issue. Came out the same day and inspected our a/c. He thoroughly explained his assessment of the issues and the related charges. Scheduled an appointment for the repairs right away and arrived on time the day of.They were professional the entire time and repaired our A/C!! We are so thankful for the work they did and will not hesitate to continue recommending them.

Ralph and Gavin installed a new system for me as my old one went out on the 4th of July weekend with temperatures at 100. The install went smoother than I would have expected and I could not be more satisfied. They then repaired my uncles leaking unit. For peace of mind i signed up for their yearly service.

Our A/C quite blowing cold this week. Today I called this company that a trusted friend referred us to. I am so thankful I called and that they were able to fit us in the same day for evaluation and repair. (this is after waiting multiple disappointing days for another guy to show up that never did from a different company) They provided an estimated time of arrival and sent an email confirmation. They called on the way and they showed up on time. After we authorized the recommended repair, they promptly got it fixed. We received an email report from the evaluation and repair. Throughout the process they were friendly and professional. They provided excellent advise and recommendations to consider to improve this system without any pushy sales. Their knowledgeable advise is appreciated. We will continue to pass on this recommended company to our friends too.

My wife called Esco Air Inc. on Sunday left a message. Ralph called us right back which was awesome being a Sunday afternoon. We explained to him what issue we were having with our AC unit. He sent Brennen , Esco AC tech to check out the AC problem we were having and got it resolved. Brennen was a good listener also , explained everything he was going to do to get our AC back up and running. Ralph and Brennen both have great customer service skills to make you feel comfortable.
