Jordan was very professional and really worked with me to trouble shoot my issue. I really value his work and professionalism, especially it being so late at night. Glad this company was available 24/7 because they came quick for a 10 pm call. My dogs even escaped out of the backyard and he corralled them in.

A neighbor notified me of a sewage backup in my front lawn on Saturday night at 7:0pm. I contacted Roto Hero and within 15 minutes they had a technician call me for further information. Once I described to him that the sewer was at the edge of my lawn near the sidewalk and not at the sewer right next to my house, he advised that this was a city sewer problem rather than a homeowner problem. I really appreciate them giving me that advice. They could have easily dispatched a technician and billed me for a service call in which there would have been nothing they could do. Kudos to them for not taking advantage of a homeowner and being honest.

Extremely pleased with the service!! Brandon was very affective at soothing my frustrations. He was confident in everything he was talking about, and he solved my problem in very good timing. I hope I never have issues with my plumbing again, but he will definitely be my go to from now on.

My technician was Cody. He was very professional. Excellent overall experience. He showed me the backup in my clean out. He was able to clear the back up with the snake. I was impressed with the response time. I will call Rooter Hero in the future for my plumbing needs!

In a matter of an hour from what seemed to be a simple “easy fix” became a disaster when a pipe in our home broke and filled our carpet floor and bathroom full of dirty water. My husband quickly contacted this establishment after realizing that this was an emergency and Chris arrived at our door in about an hour and he literally saved our night. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and made us feel like the issue would be well taken care of. I feel confident in his care and rest assured we can all sleep comfortably at night knowing that our pipes and plumbing will be in good hands.

The gentleman was on time, very professional, knew his job, n was very reasonably priced. Was wary when I saw the company name because of the several bad reviews on Yelp but couldn't of been more pleased when he completed the job n the job cost exactly what they quoted me. I had had another company come out before them n they quoted me a price that was twice n 5 times what this company charged me for the same exact service. It just shows that not all companies are represented by their reviews on Yelp. I would recommend this company n especially this technician to everyone that needed this service. The only negative I have to report is that they were suppose to send me the receipt for the service n send me a quote for a service I asked about ni have not received either but I may be jumping the gun on that, they may sent both to my husband's email n I have just not received it yet. Other than that, I couldn't be more satisfied with this company n will use them again if the need arise as well recommending them to anyone that needs this service done.

Chris is awesome. He explained the problems with our pipes in a way that made sense. He gave us tips on how to prevent future clogs and he was friendly and resolved all our problems. He also checked our neighbors’ sink and pipes on the other side (we live in a duplex) to make sure they didn’t have any problems either. He is highly professional and was a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for such excellent customer service!

I had sewer backing up in my drains and Mike R. was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything so I understand what was happening and he was able to clear out my system without much time at all. I highly recommend his services.

Chris Estrada was amazing! Can’t explain how much this guy has helped us out especially during night time at 8PM - 11PM. He was able to detach our old clean out pipe, and the water was soaking into our carpet! We have a newborn baby as will in the house and he was proficient, professional and fast also told us the truth to the matter. And was able to help out with everything especially with work the next day.

Mike was professional yet friendly, clean, quick and thorough. I called about the leak under my bathroom sink after 9pm and it was repaired before 10:30. I was shocked at how quickly these guys responded and even more shocked that it was so affordable. I will definitely use this company again!

Kyle was brilliant from start to finish. He really knows his stuff, is very skilled in his work, and was incredibly generous with his time. He gave me quite a bit of good advice, and even taught me a few DIY things for future reference. I feel like a better-equipped homeowner after Kyle’s lessons. He’s also wonderfully friendly and polite - an all around pleasure to work with.

I cannot say enough about the company and office staff but above all Oliver our service tech. The office was prompt in getting me an appointment and answered all of my questions that I had prior to the service. Oliver himself was AMAZING! He not only explained what the possible causes for our issues were, he took the time to walk me through step by step with great patience and clarity. He was not only friendly and personable, he was thorough and worked hard to get the issue resolved. He went above and beyond to get our plumbing issues fixed and even took the time to save me the task of cleaning a very unpleasant “situation”. Great experience tonight. My daughter discovered a plumbing backup at 7:30 pm. They responded to her house quickly, were onsite and addressing the issue...finished by 9:30. The price was great. Highly recommended when you're in a jam.

Rooter Hero was excellent, and they arrived earlier than scheduled! In addition to garbage disposal installation, they put in a new water supply line at no additional charge when they determined the one we had was leaking. Now the water pressure is correct again thanks to their water supply line replacement! Brandon did an amazing job and got the job done quickly and professionally.
