James from Drain Time Plumbing was awesome. He helped me with my bathtub drain and quickly figured out that it was actually closed, something I didn’t even realize. Outstanding Service from Zach at Drain Time!

We had to install drip legs and expansion tank for our water heater, and Zach from Drain Time went above and beyond to help us get it repaired quickly and professionally. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood what needed to be fixed. His workmanship was excellent, and you could tell he truly cared about doing the job right.

Zach was friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He even pointed out a few things in our house for what we might want to add or fix in our house for the future. We couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Highly recommend Zach at Drain Time! Will definitely use their service again for any future needs.

I contacted Drain Time re: a shower that wasn't getting cold water to it and also low water flow problem. I received a response almost immediately. They gave me a time window to come out to give a free estimate and gave me a heads up when they were on their way. James and Brandon were friendly, wore shoe covers (without being asked), diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate and fixed it the same afternoon. James and Brandon seemed to go the extra mile. Their work seemed to be good quality and they gave a one year warranty. I was happy with their work.

Leo and his coworker did a great job replacing my toilet flange and installing my new toilet. They took pictures throughout the repair and asked me to check their work to make sure I was satisfied. The only issue I came accross was scheduled time. There was a miscommunication with the scheduler and the technician. I was expecting the guys to be here 8-9am but didn’t get until 10am. Not really the plumber’s fault. Anyways, this is the third time I’ve had work done with them and they do quality work.

Very positive experience with drain time plumbing (technician Chandon) for a tankless water heater maintenance and flushing. Good communication about arrival time. When I told him I wanted to know more about the water heater he took the time to show me the various components and walked me through the maintenance. Excellent service overall

We had James come out for our main line sewer clog and he did a great job. He was quick and efficient. Good pricing as compared to what I was reading at other places and told by a few other locations. He even went the extra mile and was able to get a camera down our lines to see if there was a deeper issue and we were able to find another issue where we needed to now replace our clean out in front of the house and we would’ve never known this if this service was never offered or done. Greatly appreciate all of his help and we will definitely be using them again!

Chaydon came out to diagnose an issue we were having with our instant hot water heater and circulation pump. He took the time to explain how everything worked, how to maintain it, and offered suggestions on how to repair it. Very knowledgeable! We also appreciate the quick response!

10 stars! Mark and his team rescued us from our plumbing issues. This is our second time utilizing DrainTime plumbing for two separate issues at two different locations. And they did an excellent job fixing the plumbing issues.

Mark was quick to respond to our ordeal, gave solutions and his crew was out to get things removed, replaced and running/fixed. Communication, customer service and the work done was on point.

We had an issue with the clean out, toilet backup. The building was built in the 80s. cast iron gets old and needed replacement. It was replaced with a two way clean out. They got the permit, did a clean job cutting the concrete, keeping the work area clear and secure (no trip hazard) and finishing up the work within the time frame. The job came with a 10 year warranty.

If you’re looking for an honest, plumber who follows code and does the job well, I highly recommend Drain Time Plumbing. They listen to your needs, explains what’s going on and what can be done and why and the price is right.

Great experience. They came out on a Sunday to give us an estimate. We called at the last minute and were surprised they were there quickly. They offered a free camera inspection which was very impressive to me. Other companies will charge a lot for that service and only include it, if you hire and in some cases, not even then. Chayden listened to us and was very understanding of our current budget limitations. That's really important to us right now. It was a lot like talking to a membef of the family. We didn't feel pressured at all. I really felt that we could trust him. He seems very honest. We didn't hire them at this time. We definitely keep them on our list for future needs.

These guys are the best. We had an emergency and our house started to back fill with sewage. We called and they came out in 15 min. They were transparent throughout the entire process while clearing the lines. They showed me the camera view of what was going on with the line and provided recommendations. We are happy they came when they did or else our house could’ve been way worse.

First of all, I really appreciate that Leo and Nick arrived right on time. From the moment they walked into our home, they were friendly, polite, and courteous. Leo took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained what they were going to do, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process.
Our toilet drain had roots growing alongside it and even starting to come through the flange. Leo and Nick jackhammered the tile, addressed the root issue thoroughly, and completed the repair much faster than I expected. The work looked excellent—solid, professional, and done with care. Even better, they left the area spotless, which I truly appreciated.

Overall, Drain Time Plumbing has provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Mark and his team are not only professional but genuinely friendly and easy to communicate with. Out of the four plumbers I contacted on Yelp, they were the very first to respond, and they had James out the next day to inspect the issue and give me a quote. Their price came in $400 lower than a competitor’s, and they were flexible in scheduling the installation to fit my availability.
I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Drain Time Plumbing has earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs!
