My main water shut off valve was leaking pretty badly and over 30 years old. They came right after Christmas and looked at what I needed. They went and got the parts needed and replaced it with a more reliable ball shut off valve. Very clean and professional replacement.

Chris & his assistant performed a quality and thorough job replacing my old water heater with a new unit, and ensured it was up to Code. They also installed an entirely new hot water line direct from the new water heater to the kitchen faucet, to remedy the old & corroded 1950’s plumbing that contributed to extremely low hot water flow. I contacted EAMS because I have had satisfactory service from them in recent past.

Five stars all around! We had a leak on the main water line just behind the meter; county came out and confirmed it was on our end. This was on a Friday evening and we couldn’t find a company who would work it until Monday. From the moment I called, the team was responsive and reassuring. Jared and Chris from EAMS Plumbing showed up quickly, pinpointed the leak underground, repaired it, and had our water back on before we knew it. Their price was fair and you can tell they are a local business here in Elk Grove that genuinely looks out for its neighbors. They turned a stressful situation into a seamless fix. My sink was clogged with no hope. I called EAMS and Chris was able to schedule me the same day. Jared did the diagnostics and said our pipes were fine, but he had to snake the line. It is an 18 year old house and the grease had built up which made our sink back up. Jared is an excellent plumber and so very friendly. They are on the high end of prices, but worth it for a professional job. I highly recommend EAMS Plumbing.

EAMS did a great job installing my whole house water filter with pre and post filter. They also connected the backwash hose from the whole house water filter to my garage sink drain. While doing so, they notice a leak beneath the sink which they fixed for me without extra charge. I like how they didn’t nickel and dime me for minor things. The project is as beautifully done. They worked with my busy schedule in finishing up the project which I appreciated. It’s not easy for me to schedule time off because of my work. They are friendly and professional. I hired them to work on my mother’s house too installing the same filtration system a year ago with no issues. They were on time when they arrived at my home for all two days to finish the job. I highly recommend them.

Had total plumbing inspection and water heater checked and drained. Chris is knowledgeable, polite, explained everything he was doing, how things worked and if needed attention. Had a kitchen sink problem with not flowing out. EAMS Plumbing was recommended to me by my niece who "loves EAMS Plumbing.". Got a next morning service time & Jared came right on time! He was super, efficient, so very knowledgeable & able to explain everything for me to understand. He fixed the problem all in less than 1/2 hour. Gave me peace of mind. I had an irrigation problem in my front yard with water leaking onto the sidewalk. It turned out to be my main drain was leaking along with underground pipes in several spots. The Owner, and plumber extraordinaire, Chris of EAMS Plumbing, replaced the valve and pipe. Chris was friendly, professional, easy to talk with and thorough of his examination of the work needed and explained what was needed to complete the job.
