Timely outstanding service. Eams replaced our water heater the same day it stopped working. They explained everything thoroughly and understandably. All work was performed efficiently and of superior quality. They carefully cleaned all the mess and disposed of the old water heater and parts. No complaints and just praise from our perspective. Would definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services if anyone is in need of pluming repairs.

We had a back up in the yard that was very tricky with old plumbing and weird turns. Chris came out quickly and did great work and communicated well about timing and options we had for both repair and how to avoid our situation in the future. Chris is the best, he always answers his calls and responds very quickly. Chris and his crew show up and ready to work. Recently, my hot water heater went out, the first question he asked was, how old is it? let’s check to see if it is still under warranty. Chris immediately called the manufacturer, found it was still under warranty and was able to get a replacement water heater at 💯 replacement, I had hot water with in hours of my original call that morning.
I did get another quote from a very well known company and was quoted over $5000.00 for the same job, without any offer to check on the warranty. Chris got it done at a fraction of the cost.
This was the third job Chris and crew has done for me. I received the same great service each time.

Jerod was Prompt, courteous, quick and let us know exactly what he would be doing. I noticed a note on the receipt that said "price does not include supply lines". I was curious because he replaced both shutoff valves and the supply lines from the valves to the faucet. Overall a good experience.

Fast and professional service. I needed one of our floor drain unclogged. Jared came out the same day and cleared our clogged drain fast. I will not be using any other plumbing company other than EAMS Plumbing from now on to service our restaurant. Awesome customer service.

Jared Pendley from EAMS Plumbing came to perform an annual plumbing inspection. He was very professional. When he came in he removed his shoes and asked to be lead to each section of the house to inspect all restrooms, laundry room and water heater. Once completed he let me know that everything went well and nothing needed attention. One thing that he mentioned that was the shut off valves installed in the home used a shark bite fitting that can get worn overtime. No signs of that now just something to be aware of. I appreciate the advice and will take that into consideration. Awesome service and experience.

When a previous plumber left us abandoned without a working sewer line, EAMS came to our rescue.

Chris, Jonathan and Jared came out in under 2 hours after I called them, assessed the issue and started work almost immediately. They were great at providing updates about the process, adapted quickly to new surprises, and most importantly quickly fixed our issue.

Their knowledge, work ethic, and the guarantee of their work left me confident on my decision. I normally don't write reviews, but their service was incredible. 5 stars, 10/10, the whole deal.

They came the very next day after I called they cleaned and repaired the system quickly efficiently for $99 I can call them back for any plumbing issues can't beat that .

EAMS plumbing employee Jared was very professional. He explained what he needed to do step by step. He then gave me the estimate. They sent out a text showing his name and picture which I thought was such a great idea. He completed the job and offered another special rate to come out and check out all the plumbing in the house. It was $99 dollars which I thought was reasonable so I decided to do it and I got the job at a reduced price. If you decide to get work done from them and get Jared you will not be disappointed.

I called Eams plumbing due to a clogged kitchen sink , made an appointment and they were prompt , Chris came and was professional, had me explain my concerns and did his inpection and gave me my options I felt he did a great job and showed me what he was doing every step of the way , felt comfortable with him , I felt there’s was no upselling it was straight forward, I’m totally satisfied with EAMS PLUMBING , and would use them again , my golden doodles even loved Chris !!
