Initially found a discolored leaking spot on my 1st floor ceiling which the texture started to look different from the rest of the ceiling. I decided that I needed to get a plumber out to my house so I went to Yelp and asked the AI to match me with local professionals. Drain Time Plumbing was on top of that list and they messaged me right away.

On the same day, James, from Drain Time Plumbing, came to my house to inspect the leak. Please note that if they have to troubleshoot, i.e. cut into drywall, it costed me $495 which was credited towards your final invoice (you can choose not to perform the overall work and that $495 will just be payment for their troubleshooting). Anyways, James cut into my drywall ceiling and got toilet water all over him. He ended up finding the flange on my Master’s bedroom toilet to be broken which caused the seal to fail.

As I was not home during this time, my wife was home assisting James, however, he still called me to let me know what’s going on. He suggested that I contact home insurance and recommended RESCO (Professional cleaning and restoration) for the mold he found and toilet water around the area.

Long story short, my water damage problem went on for a month as I had to deal with insurance, but a lot of work was done to clean and rebuild the area. Today, a different James from Drain Time Plumbing came to fix the damage flange and water closet and install my new toilet (they hauled away my old toilets as I had another toilet replaced in the process). They do great, quality work and did my repair and reinstall within an hour. They’re warranty for parts they replaced and labor is covered for 10 years and the new toilet I had them reinstall is covered for 1 year.

Great people to communicate with and their customer service is top notch. If you’re looking for trustworthy, quality plumbers I highly recommend these guys.

James was very professional and a human being at the same time. We explored every option and he asked me as many questions as possible about my situation. I purchased the camera inspection and the hydro-jetting services for my main sewer line. Overall customer service was incredible, James explained and demonstrated the before and after via live camera feed. Even made sure I had a recorded copy. He fixed my current issue had displayed the source of the problem and discussed future options. I felt very confident in the decision I made with James. Thank you James Belmontes!

Breanne, the dispatcher was very helpful, calm and accommodating. I called because the main water line to my house broke and it was gushing so much water in gallons. Needless to say, I panicked and was speaking a bit louder than I should have. I called several plumbers and no one could help within a short notice but Draintime. I was face timing with a City Water Supervisor, showing me how to turn off the main water line at the meter when Chadney showed up within 20 minutes of my call and took over. He was also very helpful and thorough. He stated that a similar issue happened to another house a few blocks away from where I live. He then left for another job but sent Leo to install a temporary means to get water until they could return to finish the job as it was Sunday and all supply stores were closed. On Tuesday morning, Luis and another guy, I think his name is Jorge arrived completed the work. They did a splendid job, clean work, careful and patiently waited for the glue to dry.

In short I am very satisfied with the job this group of people did. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job you need. Reliable, fast, dependable and thorough.

Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. The turn around for the major project to get done was finished in record time. Mark was great about communicating with me and walking me through the scope of work. Not to mention he has a great personality… which is important to me. We experienced a backup of our main line one evening well after the close of business. Of the couple of companies we called, Drain Time Plumbing responded with a technician on site within an hour after calling their 24 hour emergency number. Gabriel arrived on site and had the plug cleared within minutes. While performing the clearing of the line and follow-up hydro cleaning of the main sewer line, it was discovered we had roots in our line that was causing the backup. Drain Time Plumbing was quick with solutions and flexible pricing allowing us to make a quick decision in replacing the main line. The work started immediately and was performed by qualified technicians. All in all, they were very professional and friendly, I highly recommend Drain Time Plumbing for your plumbing repairs and needs.

A fantastic and honest company to work with! Chaydon showed up on time and diagnosed the issue immediately. He could’ve charged an arm and a leg, but he was honest and upfront about the issue and how to resolve it. Would 100% call them again in the future!

Last week my wife called me frantically saying she had gotten a smell of what to be a gas leaking from our gas water heater

I got on yelp looking for someone who could help us out, within 20 mins Drain Time Plumbing reached out and said to give them a call at our convenience

The gentleman on the phone said he could get someone within 1 to 2 hours to our house

Within 45 mins Chaydon texted me to let me know he was on the way

When Chaydon got here he got to work trying to figure what was going on. He checked for leaks and couldn't find anything. At this time there was no smell at all. He stayed for a bit to make sure there was not a leak, or smell and made me feel at ease. He explained to me how the gas water heater works and how to keep up with maintenance

On his way out I was reaching for my card to pay for his drive out to check and he said it was not needed.

Wow what a surprise, with the way funds are tight for a lot of families this was just great to hear that a company will come and take a look and not charge for just looking.

Even though he didnt do work this company definitely will get a call from me when it comes to changing out my water heater in the near future.

Kudos to Drain Time Plumbing

The technician who came out was wonderful. He arrived promptly after hours and handled an emergency situation professionally. Because the property is a vacation rental, we proceeded with an emergency hydro-jet service at a cost of $1,499.00. While I later learned that the average cost in the area is closer to $800–$950, it was worth the premium to have the issue resolved in the middle of the night.

After the work was completed, I unfortunately fell asleep and missed the call for payment. I proactively called the office at 7:00 a.m. to coordinate payment. The woman I spoke with in the office was pleasant, professional, and helpful. She offered to email the invoice, and at my request (as the property manager), I asked that the homeowner be copied. She initially had a generic email on file, and I provided the correct one. She handled this request appropriately and courteously.

Shortly afterward, Tony Angiano called me. His behavior was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. He was rude, demanding, spoke over me repeatedly, and even accused me of attempting to push payment responsibility onto the homeowner. I was driving at the time and calmly explained that I would handle payment as soon as I was able, no later than that same day. Despite this, he continued to speak down to me and would not allow me to explain.

Because of his conduct and treatment of a client, I informed Mr. Angiano that I would no longer be doing business with the company. This was especially unfortunate, as I had planned to move forward with a fairly large repair that the technician had identified. His response to that was simply, “Good.”

While the technician and office staff member were excellent, the interaction with ownership/management was unacceptable. I will personally never use this company again, and I have shared my experience with my realtor network and the management companies I work with. I cannot recommend this company due specifically to Tony Angiano’s behavior and treatment of a client.

I called Drain Time for a plumbing emergency over the weekend. They responded quickly and showed up within the hour. The technician, Gabriel, it's very friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the plumbing problem and gave advice on how to prevent it from happening again and offered their services. After I explained that I'm going through home insurance, who would require me to use one of their vendors, Gabriel was understanding and even went out of his way to call me later and give me some good questions to ask the vendor when they came out. That's a kind of customer service that I really appreciate.

Drain Time Plumbing did a great job repairing a leak at my rental. Zack was prompt, friendly, and communicated clearly at every step of the repair, which I really appreciated. The work was handled efficiently and professionally. I would happily use them again for future repairs and highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Drain Time Plumbing. I submitted my request late at night and still received a response within an hour. They were able to send a plumber out the very next day for an inspection. Our plumber, CD, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our clogged toilet efficiently and never made us feel pressured or upcharged. Overall, it was an easy, honest, and professional experience. Highly recommend.

I went to replace a toilet and there ended up being damage beyond my ability to fix. James came out the same day and we discussed options. We were able to be scheduled the next day to have our toilet flange replaced. Nick arrived the next day and completed the job. We made a few changes throughout the job, and they accommodated every change and were very clear on price. I appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and quality of the work. They will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Not only was drained time fast to respond. I was able to use Yelp to communicate completely with them. Set up the appointment. Explain my problem and got the right technician out for the job. They were able to get somebody within an hour while everybody else procrastinated so I went with them and I’m glad I did. They were the best price too out of the offers that I got By almost half the price so I will definitely be returning to them for any more of my plumbing needs

Drain Time Plumbing customer service was very fast and easy to work with. We had our leak examined, and repaired all within 24 hours of booking the appointment. Their prices seemed very fair for the work and they didn't try to upsell the project. Their plumber, Zach, was very polite, patient, thorough and up-front about everything and his team did a great job fixing the issue. I would recommend Drain Time Plumbing for any local plumbing problem.

These guys are the best. The only company that responded when I needed them deep into the night (emergencies don’t wait for the morning). They were clear, transparent and thorough. And showed up first thing in the morning to do the second part of the job. I didn’t expect to receive a lesson on how the pipes and plumbing work, but I did, and I’m glad because I completely understood why some things were urgent. Chaydon and Mark were excellent. 200% recommend!
