We were completely pleased with the chimney sweep service we received. After a strong storm knocked over our old woodstove chimney, we reached out for help. Jared came out quickly, checked the damage, and gave us a clear idea of how the chimney could be rebuilt. With our go-ahead, he returned the next day to put up tarps, protecting our house from the winter weather. Since it was still winter, repairs had to wait, but Jared stayed on top of things by sending a detailed estimate to our insurance and bringing us brick samples to choose from. He also came by to talk about options for the new liner and flue. Once the weather improved, Jared and his crew got to work and put up a sturdy new brick chimney in no time. Jared either did the work himself or made sure his team met his high standards. The quality of the work was top notch, and they left our place spotless, even fixing the lawn where the old chimney had fallen. A couple more things—first, the final bill matched the original estimate, with no surprise charges. Second, the office staff, Frederick and Roger, were always friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions. These points really matter to customers. We highly recommend this chimney sweep service for their great work and honest, friendly service.
Frederick came out to inspect my chimney and check the flue damper. The inspection was very detailed, and he took the time to explain my options for safely using my fireplace, which needed a few updates to meet code. He was upfront about the chimney sweep work that could be done and suggested when a plumber might be needed for other issues. Frederick even climbed up on the roof to look over the chimney and cleaned the firebox at no extra charge. I was really happy with the whole inspection and would recommend Mr Chimney Cleaning to anyone needing chimney services.

Booking and scheduling was super easy and quick. Derek was always helpful and kind. Roger was exceptional throughout the whole experience. He explained the chimney cleaning process from the start, letting me know what would happen during the visit. As things came up, he kept me updated on the progress and asked me questions to make sure everything was clear. During the inspection, he pointed out all the areas that needed attention and, after finishing, walked me through the details and pricing, which was very reasonable. It was obvious how well the company trains and values their workers, especially Roger. I give them 10 out of 10 stars and would recommend this service to anyone needing their chimney cleaned.
