I've used Burtech plumbing for a few years now. The technicians are always on time, professional and take time to explain the issue and how to mitigate it going forward. I've recommended them to a number of friends and will continue to do so.

Kyle and Jaime were professional and very efficient. They replaced my water heater in a few hours, repaired existing pipes and cleaned up afterwards. I am very satisfied with their service. They did a thorough job.

We had great experiences with both Steven and Eli from Burtech plumbing. They were knowledgeable and went above and beyond helping us. From explaining the basics of our water heater issues to thoroughly reviewing our options, we learned so much and were so happy to have hot water again!! Thank you for being efficient and taking the time to answer all of our questions.

I recommend David. Very professional and knowledgeable on work rendered for our PRV replacement for insurance purposes. His work was very neat and clean.

Jaime was quick, great communicator, and was clean! We had an issue with our tankless water heater. Jaime didn’t have the part on his truck but was able to get it and come back pretty quick. Burtech’s prices are reasonable and they came out the same morning I made the call. Second time dealing with them, and Jaime, and we will call again if another issue arises.

I have finally found a plumbing company for all my plumbing needs. Burtech is a local business out of Encinitas and when I called a live person picked up the phone, not an answering service. I was scheduled for an appointment within 24 hours and on a Saturday. Eli was on time, super knowledgeable, and he did fantastic work on our kitchen sink. He was nice, honest, and I really appreciated his help. I will be calling Burtech and requesting Eli from now on!

to start, I appreciated that they were able to send someone to check our leaking water heater the same day. Gino came right on time, was personable and honest, and took the time to explain what was going on and give me options, along with a recommendation. I thought their prices seemed very fair, and I'm planning to engage Burtechs services for the repair

Krystal was very friendly, understanding and treated my concerns genuinely as if they were her own. She was even able to expedite my service, making the entire experience quick and painless.

The serviceman, Gino, was not just on time but even called to asked if he could show up a little early. Gino displayed a level of knowledge and professionalism that really put me at ease knowing my problem would be resolved. While working he not only laid down cloth to keep the mess minimal, but also covered his work boots when entering my apartment to not track any mess in with him. The respect he showed for my home was something I really appreciated. When he was done, he clearly and plainly laid out what work he performed, what the bill was going to be, and why, leaving no guessing about what I was being charged for.

Overall I had a really positive experience with Burtech Plumbing and have already recommended them to the people around me.

Burtech Plumbing deserves 10 stars plus!! Technician Steve Ernst installed plumbing for our new laundry area - washer and dryer and replaced our faucets in our master bedroom. He was amazing - so skilled and professional. Everything was done perfectly at such reasonable prices and on time. From the moment they answered the phone I knew they were a great business and they are thanks to having employees like Steve and Crystal. We will use again and will highly recommend to others. Well done !!

Had a hot water heater and pressure valve replaced. Josh and team were a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time, were efficient and clean and answered all my questions when done. Couldn’t be more pleased.

The Burtech Plumbing team is amazing and I will use them for any future plumbing needs. We had the opportunity to work with three employees, as well as Ana in the office. They were all very responsive.
Jaime originally came out to fix a leaking water pipe and quickly found the problem and replaced the pipe. As he was leaving, he detected a faint smell of gas and found a leak in our exterior gas pipe. This escalated into a bigger issue involving SDGE and a city inspection before our gas could be turned back on. Bill worked with us to ensure everything was taken care of correctly and Danny got to work replacing the pipe and testing our gas lines. Everything was completed in 24 hours and we felt supported every step of the way. Thank you Jaime, Danny, Bill, and Ana!

We woke up to a leak in our kitchen ceiling on a Sunday. Delfino came out that afternoon, discovered where the leak was coming from and repaired the pipe. He was professional and quick and there was no upcharge for coming on a Sunday. I was really impressed and happy with the work.

Jaime L. did a great job and I would request him for future plumbing needs! He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and timely. In addition to resolving the issue, Jaime took care to clean-up after he was finished (in contrast to many technicians who leave a mess for the homeowner to deal with). Burtech team is very responsive. Appointment was scheduled very next business day. Burtech technician Jaime Lira showed up on time and replaced two leaky faucets for us. We were worried about having to cut the drywall but he managed to do it without it which is very much appreciated. Quality of work done was excellent. Everything was left in clean condition after work was complete. I will always goto Burtech for all my future projects and will recommend my friends and family members.

We used Burtech several years ago and they were great. We needed two sets of bathroom faucets installed, so we called them again. Gino called 30 minutes before arrival (as scheduled) and arrived on time. It seems I did not order the valve units I needed to complete the installation (which I discovered are sold separately at Lowes). Gino managed to locate two sets, went off to get them, and charged us a fair price for them. They very kindly did not change the original estimate, even though an extra hour or so was incurred because of the need for the extra components.
Gino did a first class job, and once again, Burtech came through for us. Have no hesitation in recommending this first class company.

Always very professional and very kind. It’s the second time that David came to our home for different problems. Each time the problem was fixed.

Burtech is a great company to work with. We’ve had several needs including a leaky faucet, a toilet issue and garbage disposal replacement. They are easy to reach, price their work reasonably, and are highly capable. On one occasion we had a Sunday emergency and their pricing was still very fair. Most of all the plumbers are very nice. We often ask for Dave who has been great to work with.

Update March 2 - Just used them to unclog a drain. Nico worked very hard for 1.5 hours and solved the problem. He was very capable, communicative and skilled. Was surprised by the bill, as I expected it to be much more. It was just $150. Note that Burtech does not charge extra for weekends, even Sundays.

This overall rating is the average of a 5* for Kyle the plumber for his efficiency and skill and a 1* for the company's pricing.
He was here exactly as promised for start time, was unfortunately not equipped with the $10 very common part for a icemaker replacement line valve. Needed 40m for run to purchase, 10m for install and 10m for invoicing and payment .

We hired Burtech to fix two slab leaks caused by another large plumbing company in town. Burtech was amazing! I asked around and three separate people recommended Burtech. Danny repiped our entire house and he was exceptional. He was communicative, professional and also emphatic to the what we had been going through as a result of the poor workmanship caused by the prior plumbing company. We will continue to recommend Burtech to our friends and use them for any plumbing needs.
