They were assigned to me by home warranty.
Fermin did our initial inspection, told me that I have mold and moisture all over the entire wall that separates the living room & garage. He used his phone to show me that the detector is all red meaning the wall is wet. He told me that he is 60% sure there is black water which is super dangerous. So I signed the authorization to work. His guys came the next day. I asked my mom to take photos of the before & after of the wall and of the mold. The workers did not like that, felt disrespected and decided to drop everything and go home. I apologize to Fermin, because I was extremely worried about the water situation. One guy came the next day, ripped out the upper half of the wall with ceiling too and the laminate flooring. These parts are nowhere near where Fermin showed me the moisture with his detector on day one. Everyone on the team is being very vague on what the problem is and would not give me a report of the work done to my house. Later the project manager Carl told me there was no black water and no mold…. So why was my flooring ripped out? The bottom of the wall was perfectly fine. No stain & not ripped out to air out. He said it’s at least $3,500 to replace perfectly fine flooring. I am beyond speechless with their work ethic.

I was assigned to WD Contractor Services by First American Home Warranty. Keep in mind the contractor workers that were sent are quick and efficient but company itself does work that is not approved by the warranty company. I had a minor leak on my roof during the storms. During the inspection they said there was a leak in a different location of the living room and they said it needed to be addressed. A tarp was installed on the roof (they used stables to hold it down which another issue altogether!). They opened up the dry wall in the living room and "started" to take a portion of the ceiling off before calling it a day. They reported to the home warranty company that they did not open up the dry wall so the cost of repairs would fall on me. Luckily I have photos of the before and after. I also have a video of the contractor carrying heavy plastic bags out of the house the day of the work being done. The contractor company is terrible with scheduling, they never answer the phone, and no one ever knows what exactly is being done. I also never received a report of the inspection and what work is being done. Stay away from them.

I've been bombarded with incessant cold calls from this company, despite having no prior connection or interest in their services. Multiple requests to be removed from their list have fallen on deaf ears, with them continuing to harass me relentlessly.

Their claims of extensive experience are laughable, as their business license only shows they started operating in 2021. The glowing reviews plastered online seem fabricated, likely written by friends trying to whitewash their questionable practices and unprofessionalism.

Trust is non-existent here. Don't be fooled – this company's behavior is unacceptable. Stay far, far away from them at all costs!
