We had Olympia Construction remodel both of our restrooms. The work was done professionally and for a reasonable price. We are extremely happy with the end result and would recommend Olympia construction to our close friends and family.

They RUINED my entire house. Choosing Olympia Construction means putting your family in danger. I found this company online and read all the good reviews (which I cannot believe now). I met the owner, Ryan, who seemed to be legitimate and know his field. Boy was I wrong.

I hired Olympia to remodel my master bathroom. The last project in a year long renovation of my home. One of the main issues I found using Olympia was that no one was overseeing the workers who were in my house. Ryan only stopped by twice during the entire project, which took a couple of months. There was no GC on the job, ever. The job had gone longer than expected and I had to leave for a few days. Ryan assured me his crew could finish up the job and when I returned from my travels my new master bathroom would be complete. I trusted Ryan (big mistake).

While away, I received a frantic phone call at 7:30am from my gardner telling me that water was pouring out of my front yard and he sent me video through the window showing me water pouring from my ceiling...pouring onto my brand new renovated downstairs and new furniture. It was horrendous. I immediately called Ryan telling him to get to my house ASAP. He told me I was being "hysterical". I told him I was going to call my insurance company and he kept telling me not to call them. He was adamant. Luckily I did not listen to him as the master remodel went from a $15k job to a $120,000 problem!

The water had been left on even though they were replacing plumbing and no one was home. The water had been left on for two days and during that time no workers had come to the house (video proof). Needless to say, my house was ruined.

Ryan told me that I did not need to call insurance and nothing at my house was ruined (In fact everything was ruined in my house). He said he could fix it and I did not need the "big" fans. He told me that restoration companies were a big scam and he would just patch up some of the areas of drywall. He refused to take responsibility for the problem and said the valve in the shower was the culprit.

The next day I had the same valve that Ryan said was faulty, installed by a professional plumber. The valve has not had any issues since and it has been 6 months since the flood occured. Additionally, the plumber said the valve was never even installed as it was still in the box and that had Olympia simply shut the water off when they left none of this would have happened. I was told that you never leave the water on in an empty house when you are replacing plumbing. Again, Ryan refused to take any responsibility for this mess.

With all Ryan's construction experience he neglected to acknowledge the severity of the damage to my home caused by his construction company. This was not only negligent, but I feel an intentional cover up of the severity of the damage that his company caused. Additionally, he was willing to "clean up" the job in a neglectful manner, which would have caused mold in the walls and potentially caused my family illness and harm. This is not only shameful, but negligent behavior by him and his company.

In the end Ryan did refund the money I paid for the remodel, however, I was still out the $1,000 deductible from my insurance company and 6 months of additional remodel to remodel my entire house, yet again. This gesture was because my insurance company was going after him. The time and additional money to clean up what his company did was extremely challenging and I would not wish the experience on anyone. I would advise to not use this company as Ryan cuts corners and puts your family at risk.

The service I received was exceptional, with a fast response, professional attitude, and personal attention throughout the process. Ryan even gave me the opportunity to visit a client's home to see the work he had done, which greatly helped me get inspired and choose the right design for my kitchen renovation. Additionally, the option for an interest-free loan was extremely convenient and beneficial. The project took about 4 months in total. It could have been done even sooner if the materials we selected were available sooner (we waited around 3 weeks), but Olympia kept the process moving and always kept us informed. Every question we had was answered quickly and clearly.

Ryan and his team are simply amazing. I had a very difficult project I needed completed quickly. My mother-in-laws house was a mess (a hoarder). I needed to rehab two bathrooms, make them both handicap accessible, new floors in the kitchen and a new laundry room. Ryans team, in particular Roberto, truly delivered.

Ryan was amazing. I needed my second bathroom completely redone. His crew were always on time and although this was not a big job for Olympia he treated it as it was.
