The worst. Not sure if this is even a business. It’s been over a month and completely no showed. Called never can get through and then they say they will be coming out and will not show up. So unprofessional.

No one answers!! They’re not on time whatsoever. I need a report for my insurance adjuster and it took WD a week to send, and they ended up sending the wrong thing so now I’m calling and no one answers. I would stay away from this company if I were you!

Alfonso was earlier than I had expected which was great. He found a solution to fix my sink stopper fairly quickly and explained everything very clearly.

Unprofessional, not worth it a penny !!! The report was 3 bullets points with a 3 words sentences. I called them back and asked for a professional report and they disappeared. They asked for a check on the spot because they know u will never ever pay for their report a penny. They are thieves.

This is not a certified plumbing company . Stay away from using their service . Theyre train to purposely cause water damage to you’re home only so that they can open an insurance claim with you’re homes warranty while the technician gets payed 10 percent commission from the over all total . These are crooks . Be ware

Technician Richard was very helpful and efficient in correcting the leak issues in the pipes. Also very helpful in identifying addition potential issues and provided options for solutions to correct them.

scam, you will need a lawyer if you use them. ruined my kitchen. then ghosted me. new plumber told me there was not leak. the whole thing a lie.

This company uses unqualified personal to do their dirty work!
They have many hidden fees that they charge you and your insurance company! In my case case they submitted double chargers that they forced upon the insurance company and me. Have every thing itemized b4 work begins.

Connected with them through firstam home warranty. First plumber did not have the required part and then they never showed back up for follow up even though I contacted them multiple times.

I called this company to fix the major leak in bath. They did not fix the leak. They said they just make a report for later fix. They never gave me report despite multiple phone calls. Basically no repair and no reports. I waisted my service fee.

Came out as part of a first American call for a leak. Never fixed the leak but tore out all the walls and installed fans. Trash is still in the garage and so is their equipment. Now they are trying to sue me for what they believe I owe them.

They were dispatched by my insurance company for a drain pipe leak in my crawl space. The guy was not on time and he didn't even bother going down to the crawl space to see the leak. He then reported back to my insurance company saying there's no leak.

Worst service provided by my warranty company ever, Plummer showed up in a sedan with no tools no parts, couldn't communicate let's just put it that way, it took them 3 days and 5 trips to home Depot and left the job half way done. Never ever have I seen such unprofessional company. Trust me stay away

It has taken me a while to write this review because I was traumatized by my experience with WD Construction Services. We had water damage in my bathroom and they were called in to redo our shower pan and re-tile part of our shower.
After doing the demo and pouring the concrete the tiler came in and realized the work wasn't done correctly and it had to be re-demo'd and the concrete re-poured. Then the tiler had to leave in the middle of the job and another guy came in. The new guy worked fast for a full day and then realized he didn't do a proper job so he had to remove the tile he had laid the previous day. When he was finally done, we noticed the he had damaged several of the new tiles and several places were buckling. We called in the "supervisor" who agreed that the work was sub-par and re-did the WHOLE JOB again. Including the hot mopping, because installing and removing tiles so many times probably compromised the integrity of it. Mind you, we haven't been able to use our shower for two months at this point.
When everything was complete, we finally took our first shower. Water was literally running out of the shower and flooded our bathroom floor. They didn't angle the tile correctly! Now I'm going to stop there (believe it or not, it continued from there) because I imagine you get the jest of things. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We had to get some of our money back and I had to hire another company to do the whole job all over!

The service technician Fermin was awesome and professional. He totally saved the day fixing our shower valce and is the only reason I'm giving this contractor a good review. First twchbician they sent today in the morning claimed that he was at my property when he never really was and even claimed that he attempted to reach me by phone several times when in fact I only had one missed call from him, and that was only because I was on the other line with their call center trying to find out where he is. To make matter worse, this technician was given the wrong address, so no wonder I never saw him stop by my property. I remember calling their office to ensure they have my right address on file and yet they still ended up giving their technician the wrong address. I even emphasized that i live in a house and not an apartment. That's just poor communication among staff.

First he was suppose to meet me at 3:00 o'clock. he was late one hour and when he showed up he just took some pictures and keep asking me if i got insurance because its a major problem. i saw the small leak on pipe . he could fix it right away. they just want to rip you off. even i talk to manager or the owner he said he will be there to check but he never showed up either. Not professional at all. i wouldn't recommend and call this company anymore.

They were no shows for first appointment. No call, no show. Original inspector Morgan told me they would tent off the area prior to drywall and baseboard removal. That did not happen so there is now drywall dust throughout my house. The clean up was minimal so I had to hire someone to clean up; I am 71 with bad arthritis so I unable to clean and mop floors. They also asked to take the tv down although I think they could have taken the drywall out without removing it. They promised to put the tv back but did not. They put it on the guest bedroom bed where it still is 3 days later despite 2 calls to have it moved. I have someone who needs to sleep in that bed because they cannot be in their condo without a hazmat suit. Again, I am 71 and cannot move this tv. I have been unable to locate someone to rehang this so now someone is without a bed. Really??? Finally hired someone to rehang tv. Had the blowers at my house almost a month as no one would pick them up after I used them for the required 4 days despite calling and texting repeatedly. This company needs to work on following up. The service by W and D has been sorely lacking.
