We loved working with Frankie and his team on our project. We have been doing construction in our home since 2018 and have had some good trades and some terrible. D’Amato was a highlight! They are honest, they showed up on time and did the work as they said they would in the time frame they said it would take. We had several quotes and while theirs was on the higher end we chose them because they seemed to be thoughtful, respectful, and thorough with the quoting process, accommodating to my needs and genuine. No slimy sales schemes or pushiness. The end result is what we asked for and expected to receive and have now referred them to others who are equally satisfied. I will use them going forward for all my painting projects both indoor and out.

Frank painted the exterior of of our beach house. He did an excellent job and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. He completed the work within the time he quoted. After the job was completed he followed up a week later to ensure there were no areas that might have been missed and needed touch up. The good thing is that we have not found any yet…

Frankie at DCC did an outstanding job painting the interior of our condo. His attention to detail was very much appreciated as he noticed and improved texturing inconsistencies on our ceiling and blended them all together creating a very uniform appearance. We are very happy with his work.

We had a challenge to layout our laundry room to make it more efficient and prettier too. The D’Amato team helped us to imagine it and make it a wonderful reality. They moved plumbing, electrical and dryer venting and installed beautiful new cabinets. Turned out even better than we imagined it and the experience with the team could not have been more enjoyable. D’Amato construction recently completed painting the interior and exterior of my home. I found him to be a craftsman who takes pride in his work and wants to ensure the customer is happy. I highly recommend him. His bid was mid-range, and his previous customers all had good things to say. I also have only good things to say. Frankie was meticulous, prepped the areas, kept the work area clean at the end of the day and very accommodating to my requests. He kept me informed of progress, consulted with me when necessary and advised when needed. He did a great job and I highly recommend him. His assistant Lalo was very conscientious as well.

From giving us a quote to finishing the project, Frankie was easy to work with and very good at communicating about what needed to be done and when he would arrive each day. He cares about his work and pays attention to detail. We needed some dry wall work done on a 15ft ceiling. Once he started working on the open area he told us that more support was needed so the ceiling wouldn't sag. He coordinated getting the extra help and equipment needed to assist him and he matched the paint for the 27yr old ceiling. We also had him paint a bedroom for us and it looks great! I would definitely recommend Frankie for home projects like these.

Frankie and Jose came to give us an estimate on a small bathroom remodel. He is licensed, his quote was fair, and we felt like his company was capable of the job. He was flexible with dates and very responsive to texts and questions. He even picked up the shower kit from Home Depot. Unfortunately, the kit we ordered was too small. Frankie went over the different options to continue with the snag of the wrong size shower. We decided the most cost effective option was to return the shower and get the right size. He was flexible with returning the kit for us and picking up the new one a week later. Overall, our bathroom came out as expected and just above the quote due to some plumbing issues that arose. Frankie and his team were easy to work with, responsive and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend Frankie and everyone at D’Amato Construction for any home project you have. My own project involved both exterior and interior work: digging and installation of a drainage system in the yard, drywall, painting, flooring, total kitchen remodel inside. So I’ve seen it all and have been impressed by it all. They are reasonably priced, honest and very easy to communicate with. Good decent people who care about doing a good job.

They took the time to prep properly- covering the concrete and turf, protecting/moving furniture and repairing all the imperfections to the stucco and trim prior to painting.
