Compared to other quotations, Smart View was very reasonably priced and overall experience was very professional and the final product exceeded expectations. If there were ten stars I would give them to Anibal and his Smart View crew. Anibal immediately responded to my call for an estimate on the concrete slab foundation and surrounding concrete walkways along with grading and utility trenching needed for the ADU I was building in my backyard. He answered my many questions and gave me a detailed estimate that was extremely reasonable. I interviewed six other contractors for this job and went with Anibal because of his responsive communication, excellent reviews, familiarity with working with the city in the inspection process and fair price. This was the slab foundation of our ADU, the critical beginning of the project after all, and I wanted the very best people doing this work. Hands down, I made the right choice! When Anibal says he and his crew will show up, they are there and right on time. I've worked with several contractors on this project and Anibal gets first place for reliability and punctuality, always being there when he says he or his crew will. They work quickly but there is no compromise in quality. They do fast, efficient, high quality work in all they do. They clean up after themselves and keep the work site free of debris. Anibal is a good, hands-on leader with tremendous respect for his team. They did an outstanding job on our concrete foundation and walkways. You can't go wrong with Smart View. I am appreciative of their awesome work and recommend them every chance I have!

Anibal and his crew from Smart View Construction were so great to work with. We had them do our entire foundation including footings, stem walls, driveway, and sidewalk. The quality of their work was excellent. The design of my project had a lot of unique challenges and Anibal coordinated with my architect, my other subs, and the city inspector to make sure the job was done right.

The project finished on time and on budget. His knowledge and experience is rarely found in today's construction industry so I was very fortunate to have him work on our project. These guys did an excellent job finishing out our patio that was previously only partially paved. We wanted to add additional usable space to our back patio and the workmanship they put in was great! They went above and beyond to make sure the patio would look nice and we are very satisfied with the finished work. Would highly recommend this company.

We had a truly excellent experience hiring Smart View Construction for a full backyard overhaul that took about six months from beginning to end. Due to the topography of our backcountry North County property, this was a relatively complicated project that included constructing retaining walls, adding many tons of fill, and also crafting several patios and sets of steps. Also included in our project was the installation of built-in lighting and the construction of a BBQ island. Anibal is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, and he made thoughtful recommendations throughout the process as the project evolved. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. I highly recommend considering Smart View for any project involving concrete, particularly if it is a complex project that requires a creative eye.

They had to “rescue” a botched demolition job to begin with, including the repair and painting of damaged stucco. Anibal then helped with the quartz design, scheduled and poured the new concrete, created concrete caps on the walls, repaired drains, and returned to seal it all. I am so glad that I hired Anibal and Smart View Construction for our back yard project. The work was excellent, when I added the pergola after the concrete work was done, my buddy commented that the measurements we way more precise than what he is used to dealing with when it comes to concrete contractors. A few months back Trivista completed our clinic and did an incredible job! They were timely, listened to concerns, and got the job done...on time. Patrick was fantastic to work with. This was our best contracting experience yet!

Today is day 32 of a small company bathroom remodel. No wall or floor plumbing has been changed We basically had the floor and wall tile changed and are having new sinks and fictures put into the same locations that they were before the remodel. The fixtures have been sitting on the floor in the bathroom for a week now and none of them have been installed. Many days nobody has shown up to do any work on our bathroom and yesterday someone showed up just to leave saying that his supervisor wanted him to go to another job. Having 40 guys use one stall and one urinal in the unremodeled bathroom for 32 plus day is a real health and safety issue. Our project and need for the completion of our bathroom does not seem very important to this contractor.
