As a general contractor remodeler in San Diego, I specialize in residential remodeling throughout San Diego. One of my HVAC contractors refered me to this company to stop by because he wasn’t available to. I walked in only to obtain just a few heat registers. I explained the situation to the manager, and because I didn’t have my C20 license they said they couldn’t help me. But after a bit he said he would this once. I thanked him, but soon afterward he proceeded to embarrass me in front of his entire staff! At that point I just walked out. I will never refer this company to any of my HVAC Contractors and will advise them to only obtain supplies elsewhere! I hope it was worth it; the manager is a real piece of work. Bad business ethics and has no class whatsoever.

Been there in the pass but only for OEM parts. When in back there last month. They have a new manager and new old counter guy came back. Talked to manager and he has bought in a whole lot on aftermarket parts and more grill sizes and metal. Them counter guys Jake and Paul are great and helpful. Bruce and Randy in the warehouse are fast and great. With the new manager and his team and the new items that they carrier is more then just an OEM store is now a one stop shop that I have started using them and the prices are competitive. Thank you Heating and Cooling Escondido team you have my and my company time and money. Gland in came back in

This company will forever be my go to the next time I have an issue with my ac system . I called in the morning because my system wouldn’t turn on and they were able to come out the same day. The technician that came out was honest and answered every question I had which is rare now a days .

Had our whole unit changed. Added air conditioning. Replaced ductwork. Free furnace upgrade. It’s been working good!

Gabe and his assistant were courteous, professional, quick and clean. The A/C unit is quieter and more attractive than the old one.

Our neighbor highly recommended Global Heating and Air for the installation of a heat pump. Gabe and his team came out to do it. These guys did a great job. Professional, knowledgeable, polite. Once they were finished they left the area neat and clean. We are very happy with their service and we highly recommend them!

We recently had solar installed, a full roof replacement, and a new AC system put in by Global Heating and Air Conditioning — three huge jobs — and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Our main points of contact were Sal and Gabe, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
They gave us a great price, completed the work super fast, and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. They made sure we were happy with every aspect of the project and went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed. Both Sal and Gabe are extremely hardworking, honest, and genuinely nice guys who are a pleasure to work with. I had a ton of questions along the way, and they always took the time to answer everything, no matter when I asked.
More recently, I thought we might have had a roof leak. It turned out the issue was coming from the slab, not the roof — but Sal and Gabe still came out immediately to help us troubleshoot. Even though it wasn’t their responsibility, they went out of their way to help us figure out what was going on and what steps to take next. That kind of service is rare.
I don’t leave many reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve one. They are some of the nicest and hardest-working people I’ve dealt with, and I’ve already recommended them to all my neighbors. If you’re looking for solar, a new roof, or air conditioning work, don’t go anywhere else — Global Heating & Air will take care of you from start to finish. We’re extremely happy with everything they did.

I didn't know who to call when our furnace wouldn't come on. After checking many local websites and reviews, I settled on Global Heating and Air Conditioning. They were able to set up an appointment the same day. They gave me a two-hour window when they might arrive. Salam called to let me know he was on the way and arrived as scheduled.
