I find it interesting that when you google MW Mechanical the first choice that pops up is "Call today for fast reliable service". This company was not fast or reliable; they were unresponsive. They REFUSED to service an HVAC unit that they installed a year ago. And they lied twice about the reason why they wouldn't service the unit. Absolutely terrible customer service . They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.

Emmanuel, the technician, was very thorough in explaining to me the problem with my refrigerator and the options to fix it, I appreciate his honest suggestions as to what I should do. They were clean and courteous and I would call them again, but hopefully I don't have to!

My mom’s stove broke so she needed to have it fixed because the oven wouldn’t work. Two other repair companies came out and couldn’t fix the problem. I thought I would give it one more chance, so I called The Repair Tech’s. They fixed my mom’s stove, and now it works great! They were on time, courteous, and have great communication. I would highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs.

The 2 young men, Jacob and Jacob (team J and J) who came and did a diagnosis on my mother in-laws, Lori, washer and dryer were highly knowledgeable and very helpful and kind. They were able to fix the washer at a fair price and did a great job repairing it. Sadly no by any fault of their own, there was no replacement parts for the dryer since its a little older and they stopped manufacturing parts for the make and modle she had. Would definitely recommend them to fellow friends and family.

Scheduling was easy over the phone, our tech, Armando, was on time and professional. He was training a new tech as well and we appreciated his calm technique of training, letting her do the work and make assessments and offering guidance when asked.

They were able to diagnose and repair the problem (clogged drain line in our dishwasher) and gave me tips on monthly maintenance to avoid this becoming a recurring issue.

I also loved that they take the initiative to put on shoe covers to keep our floors clean!

I had them do preventative maintenance on my mini-split A/C system. I tried my best to get an accurate idea of the cost before having the service tech come out but it was never completely clear to me how they charge. It seemed like they told me over the phone it would be around $300 but when the service tech was here the price went up to $700. I opted to have him complete a less involved maintenance and got the price down to $400. Then after he left the condensate pump stopped working and began to pour water down my wall. Another technician came right away and stopped the leaking. The following day they were back to install a new condensate pump at no cost to me. I appreciated that there was no charge but prior to their preventative maintenance I had not had any trouble with the mini-split or the condensate pump and now suddenly water was flowing down the wall and flooding my home. Everything had been working just fine. The preventative maintenance was to make sure it was ready for summer weather and now it was broken? I DO NOT recommend them for work on a mini-split.

My review is mixed because they are such nice people and they took care to put in a new condensate pump promptly without a fee but the over the phone estimate vs. actual pricing was very frustrating. I recommend getting a firm price before they send someone out.

They also did preventative maintenance to clean the dust from the motor on my refrigerator. It was a very fair price.

It was easy to make an appointment, the technician showed up on time, was super nice and identified the problem right away, their prices are very reasonable.
