When I called to make an appointment, they told me it was going to be a $99 service charge. And that they would apply it to any repairs that needed to be done. I ended up paying $230 for them to tell me that I needed a New amp. But there was not enough power for the heaters. I thought that was totally unfair. It should’ve been a $99 service fee. They were very rude to me when I tried to talk to them about this. I do not recommend them.

On time, efficient, polite, very knowledgeable. Armando was training another person and I witnessed him being clear, kind and thorough with that as well. Very happy

We had a loud noise coming from the dryer. A repair tech came out within a few days, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and completed the repair a few days later. While the original issue was fixed, the dryer still didn’t sound right. We reached back out and they were very responsive. Another tech came out and was able to figure out the noise. Overall I was impressed with their customer service and they stand behind their work. Very responsive to phone calls/email. I would use and recommend them again.

If I could give Alexis 10 stars, I would. We had him look at our malfunctioning washing machine. He was punctual, competent, friendly and professional. We were very happy with the process and the outcome and will definitely call Repair Tech again when other appliance related issues arise.

Joe was great and deserves a 10x raise because he worked his butt off. He was able to get my unit installed and overcame all obstacles my building and condo unit put in his way. I will definitely be using you guys for anything in the future.

The service technician was good and even though the service call price was high I accepted it as I thought that I was dealing with a reputable company and that it was worth the investment. The technician could not tell me how much it would be to replace my wine cooler unit which he had deemed as unrepairable and told me I would receive something from his office. The office ultimately sent me an outrageous quote and refused to break out the labor from the parts so that I could evaluate their quote. I found out the parts price immediately thereafter and came to realize that they don't share this information because they are either charging a ridiculous amount for their labor or dramatically marking up the cost of the unit, or both. Very Disappointing and obviously will never recommend them to others.

2 year old samsung washer started making a loud knocking sound during the spin cycle. Called The Repair Tech to send a tech to evaluate. My call was answered right away by a very professional, courteous and knowledgable lady. She sent a tech the same day. Tech arrived on time and got right to work. Turned out the drum balancer bolts vibrated loose and fell out. Problem was mostly fixed that day but a few other special order parts were needed to fix it 100% - they were ordered the same day. Fast forward a few weeks later: Same tech showed up to finished the job as promised. I have never experienced such honest, professional and timely service such as this. The cost to repair was very reasonable and it saved me from buying a new washer. I will highly recommend them for your appliance repair needs. Saved their number in my phone and wouldn't want to call anyone else in the future. Thanks x1000, again.

Jacob is a great repair technician. He was prompt, friendly, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Jacob diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned within days to install.
