I heartily recommend Ben Lunt and Hohn Murphy of A Weekend Plumber (Aelott AC. Heating, Plumbing). Ben was very clever at converting a frozen shower when 2 other plumbers were unable to do so. He also came immediately when I needed a new hot water heater. All the plumbers at this company are well trained, polite and eager to fix things.

I have worked with Aelott numerous times over the years both for commercial installations and residential. They have nothing short of excellent. Working with Steve Sweeney made me feel cared for and so confident in my purchase and installation. During my most recent residential install site visit (and throughout my whole installation process) Steve answered so many of my questions and explained in such great detail each of his answers. My condo is two stories and built in the 70's with poor insulation. Prior to my AC install, the second story would be 10 degrees hotter than the first story. Steve took all this knowledge into consideration. He is serious the HVAC expert! It made me feel confident in my purchase because, with Steve's explanations, I actually understood more about how the units work. The crew that came out for the installation were so courteous and nice and their work was excellent. They event helped me set up my Nest once the install was done. As I write this, its September and peak heat in San Diego - my AC is amazing and I couldn't be happier!

Doug took care of our commercial property better than anyone! He took the time crafting, cleaning, and making our filter system work well. Maintenance stellar everytime.

I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to have David from Aelott AC, Heating & Plumbing come out to repair my HVAC system this past week. My system is over 40 years old, so I was worried that I was going to have to buy a whole new system, but through his expert testing, David was able to figure out why the HVAC wasn't working and which part needed to be replaced. He had the replacement part with him and he fixed the system so that it's working now! He was so personable, friendly, and skilled! I asked a lot of questions to learn all that I could about the system and he was so patient and knowledgeable about everything I asked and about every part of my system, even though it is so old. I really, really appreciate how skilled and extra nice David was. I highly recommend technician David and Aelott AC, Heating & Plumbing for any HVAC needs!

He responds to texts in a timely manner and he’s easy to communicate with. Above all, he’s a trust worthy person, so I wouldn’t hesitate to leave the key for him to do the repairs or installations if I couldn’t be home. He gets my highest recommendation!

Super nice lady who is hard working and knowledgable and together with her muscleman David, did a fine job! Hire more people like them......and give them a raise! They represented your company very well! Just saw the follow-up questions. $200/hour is very pricey. We usually pay less than $150/hour. But to be fair, you were recommended by Aztec Appliance and got the job done.

Ben and his guys, especially Brison, are excellent at what they do and I highly recommend them for any job, big or small. They relentlessly troubleshot the issues I was having with a Kohler spa tub pump and did not rest until they figured it out, and fixed the problem. Ben even used his electrician skills figure out what was going on. These are they type of guys that used to be available in the old days, when tradesmen actually cared about the job they were doing. San Diego is lucky to have them! Don't hesitate to call Aelott. Their prices are fair, especially considering the quality work that they do. Five stars all the way!

In brief, Brison and David did an outstanding job at every step along the way with installation of our new toilet. We were kept in the loop on arrival time, they showed up as scheduled, did the work efficiently and clearly paid attention to every detail, and were easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Before leaving they made sure we understood everything we needed to do and left everything cleaned up as if they hadn't even been there. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for any plumbing job.
