I highly recommend Technician Douglas. He explained everything to us and the cost before fixing the problem. His knowledge and experience in air conditioning are beyond and above. Excellent customer service, he showed compassion with our budget and gave us advice on future problems. I highly recommend him🙌

Doug was Awesome, prompt & neat. The Service call was for my client's property. He looked at the system and knew what needed to be done, based on the issues we were having. He also did a "clean up" maintenance on the unit. The system is older and was very dusty. Thank you Doug,

David was great, he was on time, figured out the problem quickly and got it fixed right away. No drama, no stress, just fixed.

I'm a mechanical engineer who understands AC systems. Based on that I can say that Aelott's technician, Terry, checked the right components, made the right recommendations, and completed the work very efficiently. I've relied on Aelott for many years, and they have always done a great job with high integrity.

The technician, Terry, who came to our house was very professional. Answered all of our questions. Explain to us areas of concern. Provided us with solutions.

We had another company come out previously who wanted to replace both of our systems and it was going to cost us $20,000. The salesman who did come out was very good at sales and had an excellent presentation. We decided to get another company come out to do a yearly inspection to make sure we were getting an accurate picture.

When Terry had finished and discussed with us the problems I did tell him about the other company and we discussed the differences between what he saw and what they presented. My wife and I are very happy that we made the decision to have them come out. Highly recommend this company.

Aelott AC & Heating is a top-notch team from the first call throughout the process, quite a relief from the "White Gloves Guys." I me the call and they scheduled the time in less than 24 hours. Terry, the responding technician, arrived on time, conducted the diagnostics, identified the problem, installed the solution and completed the service in less than an hour, with a reasonable cost.

You have a keeper in David Gilbert. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a thorough job on my furnace, answered all my questions and then some, and when he left it was as though he'd never been there. It was as neat and clean as when he arrived. I look forward to seeing him next year.

We had two plumbing issues and I phoned Christina for help. To my pleasant surprise, she came the same day and fixed the problems in less than an hour. She is awesome!

I must say that David did an excellent job. His customer service was top notch. I was touched when he said he wants to make sure, Bob and I, as customers, were satisfied and happy with his work. In addition to that, he also wanted to maintain a high standard of customer service with the company's stellar reputation on performance and maintenance. David was very polite, understanding and highly customer focused. He was great with the short tutorial he gave me on how to remove the door, replace filers and how to put the door back on.
