No issues with quality. Posting is communication reflection . As the owner of the rental, I expected a phone call . Instead I get 2 bills in separate emails - one that recommends replacement of microwave and then a $600 estimate to fix it? So weird and extremely confusing. A simple call would have gone a long way

Quick, polite, informative, and effective! Someone came out and fixed our dryer same day. We were given a 2 hour arrival window, and the repair tech, Armando, arrived within the first 15 minutes. He was very polite and good at communicating information. I didn't feel like he was in a rush to leave, but took his time to make sure we were informed and happy with the service. I will absolutely use The Repair Tech again for future appliance issues!

The repair tech arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and made the repair. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. I especially appreciated the fact that he wore booties over his shoes inside my home.

I called to have my refrigerator looked at. Completely stopped working, and this company did an amazing job. They diagnosed my refrigerators compressor to be faulty and called the manufacturer after they found that the refrigerator was still under warranty. They got the compressor under warranty, and I only paid shipping and labor cost. Once the compressor came in, they called me to schedule a date, the day came and they got my refrigerator working again. Awesome job, the technicians were amazing and very knowledgeable.
