Truly enjoyed working with boss Stephan, dad and initial quoter Tony, and installers Juan and Travis. The price was best of 4 quotes for higher SEER units. The Goodman 2 stage units are working great, and are so quiet I have had to open nearby windows to even hear them. Nice family and company.

Absolutely trustworthy, hardworking and honest group of people. We had a slight issue with the condensation pump causing noise and Stephan had his crew out the next day. A+ service for sure!

First, they were late to the appointment and did not tell me until after. Then reschedule me for 6 hours later.
They came to fix a problem with my a/c unit and ended up messing it up. I called and asked them to fix it but they didn’t want to. Then they said they would and they never came around. The customer service from this company and owner are 0/5 stars.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Recently Alanis Air was asked to add central air conditioning to our house. At the same time, we had our old furnace replaced. The price was competitive and done within 2 weeks of our contract approval. This winter our furnace was emitting an odor that was not acceptable. Tony worked with us to try to solve the problem. After a couple of weeks Alanis Air removed our new furnace and replaced it with another brand for no cost to us. The odor issue was resolved. Tony was extremely accommodating and always kept stating he wanted us happy no matter what. Alanis Air came through. We are very pleased with the service and new system and the Alanis family business. Highly recommend them.
