Our AC unit is about 29 years old (the original with the house) and we have been worried it's getting ready to quit on us. Being in one of the hotter areas of the Inland Empire we simply cannot imagine how horrible this would be without a proper way to cool down the house. We have been concerned about some of the HVAC outfits around as they all just want to be selling systems instead of repairing or working on older systems like ours. We had been pricing new systems, convinced we were looking at thousands of dollars. Greg was referred to me by another satisfied customer and I am so very grateful I called him.

He arranged to come out and do an inspection for a very reasonable fee. He arrived and worked incredibly hard – going room to room with his gauges, checking each and every air vent, checked the connections on the inside and outside units, verified the amount of Freon was sufficient, cleaned and then reviewed the cleaning procedure for the indoor unit so I can clean it myself more regularly, and crawled around in our attic checking the duct work. He gave a very thorough analysis of our setup. I really liked the fact that one of the things he said was that while no one can predict the future with unforeseen events, from what he saw the system was functioning properly. He took pictures of the area in the attic where the duct work is beginning to wear (the outer part only, not leaking yet) to show us, and basically said we can more than likely get by without having to spend a fortune to replace the system.

I complained about the fact it's so hard to get the outside air (when it's cool) INSIDE, and that I had heard about whole house fans being a possible solution but didn't want a huge hole in the ceiling. Greg not only alleviated my fears about a whole house fan being an eyesore and possible entry point for rodents or bugs, but was able to explain that kind of system so completely that we asked him if HE installs them. NOTE: He did NOT in anyway try to sell us ANYTHING (which made us definitely want to use him for ALL our cooling/heating needs). Before he even left the house we told him we wanted to purchase the whole house fan and have him do the install. He went BACK inside, and measured where he would install it, and told us he would let us know the availability of the size unit we would need and when he could do the install. I was convinced (because he IS a busy guy) we'd have to wait weeks but that afternoon he let us know he could not only GET the unit, but gave us our choice of three days that he would be available to do the install. We took him up on the very first appointment he had which was three days ago and WOW!

Again, Greg and his helper Tod showed up (fifteen minutes EARLY) and worked quickly and efficiently and within 2 hours and a few minutes we had our brand new QuietCool system humming along pumping in cool air! They were both incredibly professional, very friendly (and were very sweet to our three dogs), and so patient explaining the operation (easy) and maintenance (even easier). I asked so many questions, and had him show us a few different times how to use it and never did I detect even the HINT of impatience. As they left after cleaning up (another perk – they were so neat!), they thanked us for our business!

In this day and age, finding a company operated by such professional, customer service oriented persons isn't as common as it used to be, but this is an example of the best of any service industry! I haven't had such a good experience in years, and by the way, as I type this, I'm in a cooled off house - confident that my aging AC will probably last a lot longer than I could imagine with the help of the Quiet Cool System and Greg Bouchey's HVAC business!

I have been without AC for at least two years and I finally was able to get its fixed. Call Boucheys and talked to Greg and within a couple days they were out and installing a new unit for me. As soon and Austin and Kurt got out of the truck they went into action. Greg, Austin and Kurt are a great team. Bouchy’s Air Conditioning was great from our first phone call and only got better throughout the entire install process. They were professional, efficient, reasonable and did great work! I felt that they are trustworthy. The technician showed me where the problem was and Greg gave me a fair price on the solution. And instead of trying to upcharge me Greg determined a way to save me a little money by using what was still working fine. He also cared enough to squeeze me into his full schedule as he knew some drastic heat was on the way. When his technicians came to install the new equipment they were on time, professional, courteous and friendly.

Our air conditioning unit went out at the end of the last season. We tried to bear through this summer’s scorchers- but soon felt as though we were losing our minds! A family member recommended that we call Bouchey’s Air Condition, as they had used their services before and had an excellent experience with them. We made the call and spoke to the owner Greg- we were immediately impressed. Greg was upfront with the work needed and had given us a few options and provided a realistic time frame for the repairs needed. They kept us up to date and were able to work us into their schedule sooner than had been expected. Want to give a shout out to the tech Fred from Bouchey’s. Fred was very respectful and answered all of our questions that we had. He worked diligently and had our AC unit installed before the next heat wave had hit.

We too have just had a positive experience with Bouchey's Air Conditioning. The initial response was prompt, the installation was within a week, and the price was reasonable. The inspector even commented that he could tell that the work was done well.

Bouchey’s replaced the gas wall furnace in my old beach cottage. The price was about half that of those quoted by the larger, better known San Diego companies. In fact it was one third of the price of one of them. Bouchey’s responded promptly and fitted me into their busy schedule because my home had no heat during the current cold spell (for San Diego). They were efficient and communicated well from first contact to conclusion of the installation. The workers were friendly and efficient and there was no mess when they finished. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

HIGHLY recommend! These guys went way out of the way to make sure our home had what it needed (Austin even drove to Arizona to get a unit for us!). Our HVAC install was super smooth, we finally have AC, and it’s running great with our solar. So happy we went with them. Also, there’s no gimmicky sales tricks with them, just a great price, no nonsense process. So grateful!
