Had our whole house relined last year. No issues so far and the owner and technician really stand by their work. They went above and beyond to resolve some issues we ran into and the owner was with me the whole way until the project was complete.

    CONGRATULATIONS!
    YOU JUST HIT THE JACKPOT!!!

Your search for the perfect pipe liner company just ended! You have found pipe lining heaven.

We had an emergency situation. A backed up sewer that happened repeatedly in a 72 hour, due to cast-iron erosion. After 2 days on the phone searching for a good liner installation company I finally found Modern Pipe Solutions, Jeremy Anding.

Jeremy, the owner, was the salesman for the pipe lining company before he started this company. The head of his installation crew has trained many of the technicians doing pipelining in the San Diego area.

His crew came out quickly. The crew was neat, efficient and pleasant.

He has a number of crews that do pipe lining and only pipelining.

For Cast-iron pipes underneath your house he is the man. Cast-iron pipes can mean jackhammering in your house… Ugly! Pipelining takes care of the problem.

Life is so much better when you can flush the toilet and know that it’s not coming back up!

Modern Pipe Solutions is focused on just one thing lining pipes they do it to perfection!

Thanks Jeremy and your entire crew!

On appropriate occasions, I will comment about an exceptional employee or product from which I received assistance or found superior. I'm writing to inform you about the outstanding service I received yesterday from Jeremy Anding, President of Modern Pipe Solutions, Inc., Escondido, CA.
    Office: 760-294-744.
A uniformed gentleman from Semper Gas Company came to my door and told me there was a gas leak, and he was there to find it. He located the leak in our fireplace and elected to shut off our gas. I was desperate to find a good plumber, so I called Modern Pipe Solutions in Escondido, CA. I told Jeremy about the problem and whether they service San Clemente. Mr. Anding quickly advised me they could but recommended I call a local plumber he highly recommended. I called the local plumber, had my gas leak repaired, and the gas turned on within hours. I was so impressed by the honest, thoughtful consideration Mr. Anding gave to my predicament that I have to write to say how refreshing and inspiring it is to know that some people and companies put service, integrity, and honor above a fast buck.

Modern Pipe Solutions (MPS) relined a large section of a cast iron sewer main that was in very poor condition - the before and after videos tell the story, it was night and day. Jeremy was forthcoming, knowledgeable and his prices were fair/industry standard. He fit us in his schedule to accommodate an escrow closing date. I highly recommend MPS.

I can't believe I found this amazing pipe repair solution! It's a savings over traditional repair, it's superior to traditional repair, and there was no digging!!! This should be the go-to solution for every homeowner who is faced with replacing an aging, malfunctioning sewage line. Jeremy is a very honest businessman and took the time to sit down and thoroughly explain his product and contract. His workers are very professional and courteous, and it was obvious that they had been very well trained on the unique process of installation. As a music teacher I was glad to hear them pumping some classic '90s pop tunes while they worked...good taste! Thank you Jeremy and Modern Pipe Solutions!

You have found “the Golden Rule” contractor. The “Golden Rule” states that we should treat others as we would be wanted to be treated. Not always a hard thing to act ethically when emotions and expense is involved...

Scope of work: trenchless pipe relining of my entire 1700 sq home built in 1963. I knew that the sewer lines were going to require remediation sooner or later. I was sitting on a ticking time bomb that could have potentially required trenching everywhere in my home. After having spent significant amounts of money on renovating this home (including the floors at a cost of tens of thousands of dollars) I decided to take care of this project to prevent future problems and damages. I received quotes from three companies. Jeremy the owner came out and provided the most detailed quote and knowledgeable quote.

Let's talk about when things don't go to as expected... My lateral lines were in bad shape and we weren't able to trenchless line them which required excavating in two spots in my home. You can imagine the horror and realizing I had to dig up premium hardwood floors and that we would would be without laundry and a working 2nd bathroom, kitchen sink for possibly weeks. Jeremy was empathetic, kind, and patient with my predicament. Customers (myself included) are not the easiest to deal with when having to digest unexpected news like this. Imagine not having a working kitchen sink in your house or ability to do laundry while living in a construction zone.

Jeremy dispatched more crew members to address the problem, trenched and repaired and completed the job minimizing additional damage to expensive renovations in the areas they had to dig. He did this all without a change order likely at great cost to him. He sent crews of four guys on a Saturday after the scope of the problem became apparent to work overtime to get the job done. They showed up everyday to get this job complete and across the finish line in an expedited fashion and not once did they put the project off. No waiting around for weeks while he prioritized other projects. My problem became his problem. There was no damage to the interior of the home or surrounding renovated areas despite having to jack hammer into my slab. I have entirely remediated and new clear sewer lines.

Thank you to Anthony, Ignacio, Juan, Zack, and others for getting the job done and being so friendly, personable and excellent.

I am enthused to give Jeremy and Modern Pipe Solutions my highest recommendation without reservation. You will be in good hands with him even on the most complicated projects that don't go to plan.

This contractor is: ethical, precise, takes pride in his company's work, professional and trustworthy.

We had MPS line our kitchen line, main line and toilet lines including branch lines in May 2024. What started with just a clogged toilet quickly turned into us facing the decision to replace or line our main line and sewer lines which we knew was inevitable for a 60+ year old Clairemont home. We interviewed a few companies, ones that wanted to jackhammer our hallway to fix the problem and ones that wanted to trench our front yard. Against, the idea of digging, we started researching sewer lining and then came across a MPS truck parked in front of our neighbor's house. Jeremy was quick to reassure us he could help and was very friendly about the whole situation throughout the process. We decided to go with MPS because it was a few thousand dollars cheaper than the competition and he seemed to know what he was talking about. Let me just preface this by saying that I enjoyed every interaction with every employee at this company, but the bottom line is that what was supposed to be a 7 working day job turned into an 18 working day job with the possible threat of trenching and if I had known it was going to take so long with so many delays in the process, I might not have chosen to go with MPS. I hope their efficiency improves because I think the company has a lot going for it.

Would not recommend. The owner has no idea what he is doing and relies heavily on his technicians. His technician made a huge mistake when lining our pipes. He got the bladder stuck. He was struggling for a day to get it out and told me he would have to pull up the liner and start over. I asked the owner to come check it out and he said he did and they fixed it but I never saw him and it was supposed to take 2 more days to fix so it was strange that it could be fixed suddenly in one afternoon. I hired someone to come and check that the job was done correctly and they found that the main sewage line was blocked by several feet of rope that they had cut and left in the pipe. The sewage line was backing up towards the house and the pipe liner had rope fused in it and was causing the toilet to back up. The expert I hired cleared as much as he could but said that the liner was not property laid and would eventually fail and collapse in certain areas. MPS did come back to try and fix the issue but they did not agree with the expert and decided to just grind the liner away in the problem area, rendering it useless. We would have been better off not lining the pipe at all, in hind sight. Bad recommendation, and even worse execution.

I talked to five contractors about my pipe issues.
Jason was by far the most professional with the best product for my issues. On top of all that he was the most affordable. The work was done expediently with no issues. On top of that he gave me a ten year warranty in writing. I highly recommend Modern Pipe solutions

I contracted Modern Pipe Solutions to reline my Clairemont home main sewer line in early November. Working with Jeremy was fantastic. He explained the whole process in detail and answered every question in prompt fashion. The MPS price was very competitive. Matt and Tom, the installation team, were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. You want to get a quote to reline your cast iron sewer if your home is built around 1960 or older. Nearly half the homes in my neighborhood have experienced sewer line failure as evidenced by all of the "dug up" front yards! Relining your sewer line can save $1000's compared to replacing a collapsed main sewer line. MPS can also do 2 inch cast iron which is a bit unique. Highly recommended!

Here to write a review not about their service or products but about their heart. Thank you so much for the generous donation to feed the JV and Varsity Field Hockey Teams when they travel to away games this season. The time and effort it takes doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for showing up to your community!

The place I work at had Modern Pipe Solutions came out for an inspection. They are the most amazing team; from the moment they arrived, the team was extremely respectful, mindful of my space. What I appreciated the most was how Grayson explained things in understandable terms and knew what needed to be done. Overall, Modern Pipe Solutions provided respectful, knowledgeable, and high-quality service. I have full confidence in their expertise and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing inspection or repair services.

I started to worry about my drain pipeline when I bought my house about 20 years ago, because it is cast iron under a slab. Since I'm a DIY guy, I never hire contractors for anything, except medical work, and pipe relining. I maintained my drain system for decades, with a hand snake, but my day of recogning happened when the system overflowed and I could not clear it.
I knew it was time for epoxy lining. MPS Inc quickly got the system flowing after another plumber gave up. Then they relined 70' of the main trunk and 4' of a branch, and they installed a new clean out. They gave me videos of all the relining which showed a beautiful job with no wrinkles or lumps, and the branch was expertly tied in and sanded smooth. As a retired piping designer, I am picky about the details, and everything was experty executed. After decades of worry, I worry no more.

We’re very relieved that we just got the cast iron drain pipes in our 65-year-old house relined by MPS. MPS had been recommended to us by one of their previous customers, and we’re pleased to second their recommendation. Our pipes had long suffered from root intrusions, and were in pretty bad shape. Rod Andrews, who is a very likable guy, was our project manager; he resolved all the issues, and was immediately accessible throughout. The techs who handled the work, Isaac and Christian, are ideal employees for MPS—they’re very personable, persistent, and professional. We’re very happy to have the project done, and very grateful to Rod for ensuring our satisfaction, and to Chris and Isaac for their hard work.

This guy installed a water heater that was not reliable. In less than 2 years the water heater started leaking. I called him to have him replace it, he is asking me to pay his labor to exchange the unreliable cheep water heater he installed. Horrible customer relation.
