In the middle of the afternoon on New Year's Day, water overflowed the upstairs bathroom, causing the ceiling of the floor below to collapse and a torrent of water to gush out and flood the lower room. I called Roto-Rooter in an absolute panic, and Roto-Rotor had someone to my house within 30 minutes. They did a great job, staying late into the evening on New Year's Day until the mess was cleared up.

Called the office secretary and she was happy to get a technician scheduled. They came out the same day within an hour.

The service technician, Art, was knowledgeable and nice to be around.

The 4" main line is unclogged and back to normal.

Tony and Fidel returned to repair an outdoor pipe after putting in a new sump pump a couple weeks ago. They are friendly and competent. They are the best! So glad they have been able to help me!

They tried to charge me $350+ to unclog a toilet. I did it in 2 minutes after buying the tool and solution for $80. Won’t trust you guys to come out and waste my time with a quote again.

The clean up crew did a excellent job, but I will not recommend your first Roto Rooter guy that came out to my place and charge ime $1800 to install a copper pipe one man 3 hours job and told me it includes a senior discount, what a rip off.

Stephen Rollins was a 5+ person and tech. You guys were so quick from. Call to showing up 20 min unreal thanks we are customers for life. I would recommend you guys to anybody you guys rock.

Stephen was perfect, nice guy and he made it clear he was there to fix the problem. He was skilled and flexible, done in minutes, and negotiable enough to make it happen. Great plumber.

Saul Razo from RR was fantastic. Had an emergency septic spill in the house. He came right out, explained everything he was doing and was able to repair the septic pipe that was full of Palm Tree Roots (growing down into it). Very personable and knowledgeable. Worked hard until the septic was clear. Would recommend and use this service again.

Steve had excellent costumer service and professionalism. We had him come out on an emergency service as out shut off valve was leaking heavily. He was very calming and efficient.

They snaked the kitchen sink and charged $330. Very expensive He did the work and the sink is unclogged if I knew it be so expensive I would have bought a snake tool from Home Depot and saved half of the cost and end up with a tool for future clogs. Lesson learned

Marcus our technician was fantastic, communicating & providing all service to detail each step to reassure the process to solution. Glad to find a house call service employee who honored the the way we were raised where honest work equals honest pay.

The appointment was easy to make, confirmation email was received, they called to narrow the service arrival time and tracking of the technician was available.

The technician, Ricardo arrived on time, assessed the problem and resolved the clogged kitchen sink.

Everything was so easy and smooth, I will call on Roto Rooter for any plumbing issues.

Ralph came out to diagnose the issue with sewer gas. He seems knowledgeable and listens carefully. He was nice and professional. Unfortunately, the pricing of $350 for replacing a toilet wax ring was too much.

Had an emergency plumbing issue with our main sewer line. They were able to unclog the blockage and recommend future repairs we will need when our budget allows. Really appreciated the honesty and quick timing of the service.

Michael was very thorough as he explained the entire process involved in fixing the issue with my toilet. He was able to resolve the problem completely with a new valve & supply line. The cost was much higher than I had anticipated, however I don't place the blame on Michael.

Our plumber, Stephan, was very kind and efficient. He did all the work professionally and did not try to convince us to do more expensive work. I think that he genuinely felt bad for us when things were not right. Well done, I will definitely seek your service again with future plumbing needs.

Thank you to the entire team who helped us. They were our heroes this weekend as we prepared for a large birthday party and suddenly had an ugly plumbing problem. David was very professional, efficient and friendly. I was kept updated on my estimated time for service. David arrived on time as promised and I love the tracking app to see where the truck was as he was on his way.

Isaiah replaced our unique faucet valve cartridge and made the faucet stopped dripping. He did a great job and had excellent customer services. Their call center representative was really helpful as well.

Ricardo was an excellent technician and what I appreciated most was his honesty. Based on his experience, he was able to provide me with a future estimate with a wide enough range to give me an idea of what the extent of the work could be for step #2 of our needed repair. When it comes to home remediation projects, this is extremely important, as homeowners have budgets and the less financial surprises we can have, the better.
