Adolfo was a great plumber. I needed immediate attention and he was here in an hour… He was able to cap off my shower faucet so I could get the rest of the home’s water running. He replaced the shower the next day with no problems. Adolfo was thoughtful and courteous. I would definitely use true plumbing again.

Vincent was right on time, friendly, did a great job on our service. When he hit a minor issue, he made sure to resolve it completely while only charging us the original quoted amount.

New owner "kyle" is sending spammy texts offer water heater flushes for $75 and gouging. I had used True Plumbing back in 2018 when there was better pricing. I had them quote a tiny shower head leak and they told me price would be either $585 or $1750 if a new valve was needed. The parts are < $100 at lowes and home depot. New owner is going for the gouge pricing model. Charging about $600/hour in labor watch out.

I needed a few drains cleared. I didn't care for the AI answering the phone. She was rude! Vincent came out that next day and took care of our drains. He suggested the "Schroom Drain" to reduce the hair getting into our drains. They work great! Vincent was very professional and friendly. He struggled with one of our drains, but got it cleared! I recommend True Plumbing. Ask for Vincent.

We called them to replace a water heater. They quoted us a same day fee and everything and we were perfectly fine with it due to us having guests coming for the superbowl last week. This guy absolutely bailed on the entire project and didn't say anything until 2 hours after the original scheduled time.
